It picks up the sound from the neighbors and outside as well. You will have to unfortunately edit the sounds out. If you want to avoid that get a dynamic mic instead. But overall its high quality.

Better than a snowball and not much more. I’ve used mine for almost 3 years and got a secondary, and just stuck in the YETI family.

It’s great for pod cast, voice overs, YouTube videos. It sounds great and is really easy to use. You may want to consider a pop filter at some point, that will be necessary on any mic.
