Posted .Hey bbbb!
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your Blue Yeti not working correctly after less than a year of use! Best Buy has a limited return policy, so before returning to the store try updating the firmware of your Yeti using our free Sherpa Software, found here https://www.bluemic.com/en-us/products/sherpa/ If that doesn't remedy the issue, all Blue Microphones have a limited 2-year warranty and we'll be happy to find a solution for you under that warranty! You can visit us here to start the process if needed https://support.bluedesigns.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034510733

Didn’t like it.

Posted .Hi Natalie. Sorry to see you were unsatisfied with your Yeti Microphone. If you're looking to reduce noise being picked up buy the microphone, you can adjust the Gain directly on the device. Also if you're looking to adjust the angle of the microphone, you can do so by loosening the two knobs on either side of the device. But if you have any questions, check out the Blue Microphone support page at https://support.bluedesigns.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033969774. Hope that helps!

Great Mic! Recommended
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mic is excellent. Really picks up sound & your voice very clearly. The quality, the construction, I really have no complaints except for the mute button. Be careful to allow yourself some room in your audio before clicking the mute as the pc picks up the pop noise & you can't get it out if it's too close to your recording. Also for the price, Yeti could've thrown in a mic sock...but still, no complaints

An incredible upgrade
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There is a reason this mic has 5 stars. I am a podcaster and have the Samson q2u yet It was around Christmas so I decided to treat myself. Was about $140 I think at Best Buy. The Samson q2u was 69? What an upgrade the noise floor is incredible and audio is clear and leveled. This is a solid mic literally it sits on your desk and can move around. I am very critical when it comes to microphones and quality so this is a legit great mic. For beginners right on cash the q2u was a good mic for the price yet the noise floor was still there but it’s a great bang for your buck if you are voice recording. Anyone thinking about purchasing this mic do it you won’t regret it once you plug it in.
I would recommend this to a friend
