Absolutely amazing robot vacuum! It cleans very thoroughly, saves me so much time, and works much better than I expected. The suction is powerful, it navigates smoothly around the house, and it even picks up pet hair and dust easily. The battery life is great and the app is simple to use. My floors have never looked this clean. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a smart and reliable cleaning helper. Five stars!

This is a great robot vacuum for people with multiple pets. I have a 2000 sq. ft. home and 4 cats, plus we foster cats in need for the Humaine Society. We also have tile and hard wood floors in every room. So the pet hair and other messes they make stands out. Once the house was mapped it was easy to identify the rooms and mark areas that the vacuum should not go. It does such a good job picking up the dust and pet hair that I have scheduled the vacuum to do the house in thirds. Otherwise it picks up so much that the on board bin can get crammed full. The only issue, and it is minor, is that during the initial mapping process, it had a hard time detecting drops or step downs in low light conditions or where the floor colors lacked a lot of contrast. I had to artificially block the robot from going off those drops during the initial mapping, then draw a "no go" line on the map to prevent it from going off the ledges. The robot does a good job of navigating from hard floors to rugs and it even handles running over power cords. The vacuum is not too noisy on its regular mode, but the turbo mode can get loud, similar to a regular human powered vacuum.

Bio does a great job of sweeping over carpets and tile. I have the suction set on medium. I wish it were a little lower and a little smaller so it could go under more of my furniture but that's nothing serious. I love that it does fit under the beds and TV stand. Obviously a regular sweeper can't get there. The dust bunnies Bio got! It does tend to get tangled in cords it encounters. My husband bundled all the cords behind the TV stand together and taped them to the stand to get them off the floor. It does a great job of probing to get in between or close around things like kitchen chairs. I have not tried the mopping feature yet. I set the sweeping schedule for 4 times a week. It's wonderful to always have a clean looking floor.

Honestly, this vacuum has been a game changer at home. We have 4 kids, so keeping the house clean is super important since they’re always coming in with dirty shoes and bringing stuff from outside. It cleans really well, especially on wood floors, and the mapping feature makes a big difference because it doesn’t miss spots or move around randomly. It’s easy to use, runs smoothly, and saves me a lot of time. I also like that I can control it from my phone and schedule cleanings whenever I need. No complaints so far, definitely worth it.

This is my first bot and I couldn't be more pleased. The setup was easy and the thing mapped my whole house in an hour. Usage through the app is great. After about 15 minutes of familiarizing myself with the app it was off and running. My favorite feature is the ability to choose a quick clean by spot or room. I don't even use the schedule feature. I just pick where and when I want the unit to clean. The vacuum is strong and it picks up a lot of fur and lint. Full disclosure, I did get this on a "Deal of the Day" special and paying $800 less than the list price makes me like it that much more.

I found this product easy to set up it had no problem learning the rooms. Recommend if you have pets it works great for picking up pet hair.

Setup was easy and the mapping and status tracking is nice. The vacuum works very well and the automatic trash feature leaves very little dust behind in the bObsweep.

We just love our bObsweep robot vacuum. He's smart and quiet and makes life easy! All you do is set a schedule and he learns the house and let him go. This is our first robot vacuum and we wonder why we didn't buy one way sooner than this.

This robo vac/mop exceeded my expectations. The app is very helpful and maps out your entire house to show where the vac has been. It is quiet and able to successfully navigate around obstacles around the home.

This vacuum has made my life so much easier. I have three small dogs and the amount of hair that they shed is unbelievable. I would use a fiber mop at least twice a day to try to keep up with all the hair. Now I get up in the morning I make my coffee, I feed the dogs, and then we sit on the couch and I turn on Dustin - thats his name. My floors have never looked better. I had looked at these robot vacuums for a long time, but they were expensive and I wasn’t sure if they would be worth the money. Then Best Buy had them on sale and I took a chance. I’m so glad I did! I’ve told several of my friends who have dogs about it and they’re getting one too

We have become quite fund of our new robo vacuum. So of course we call him Bob. It worked very well and is quiet, except when emptying but that is quick and saves a bit of work.

This is a great robot vacuum, which is really quiet and cleans efficiently. It goes back to it's charging station and dumps the dirt and debris into a bag, too! I love the side brush, which gets the dust in the corners. I am highly impressed!

I bought this because I just moved into a house with no carpet at all and it was difficult to keep up with all the dirt that gets tracked in, even with removing shoes when we come in from outside. This little guy that I have named Bob, does wonders for my floors. I like to have him clean while I am at work and he does a fantastic job. It's so nice to be able to come home to a clean home. I have not tried the mop function yet, just the vacuum. It does the trick though. I got it on a good sale too. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is on the fence about getting one or has no carpet. Would definitely buy again!

My Bob robot vacuum and mop has been amazing! It cleans so well, saves me so much time, and makes keeping the house clean way less stressful. The vacuum power is great, and the mopping feature leaves my floors looking fresh every day. Super convenient and worth every penny!

The cleaning is on point, however the only thing that’s a bit frustrating is the sensors; I keep getting notifications that I needed to clean them and even when I do according to the manual, the alert doesn’t go away.

Very effluent at sweeping above average at mopping does extremely well navigating both carpet and hard floors bought on extreme sale and was a fantastic value more then half off original price

This robot vacuum has been a great value for the price and delivers strong performance across the board. The battery life is solid and easily handles full cleaning sessions without needing frequent recharges. The room mapping feature works really well—once it learns your space, navigation is efficient and reliable. I especially like being able to send it to clean a specific room on demand, which adds a lot of convenience. The mobile app is decent—not the most advanced interface out there, but it gets the job done and is easy enough to use for scheduling and control. The mopping function works well for light cleaning, though it does require manually adding water, which is an extra step. But having that automatic features of switching automatically is lacking here. One of the biggest advantages is the cost of replacement parts—they’re very affordable compared to other brands, which makes long-term maintenance much more reasonable.

I love it. It cleans well and the noise level is not bad. This is the first robot vacuum I've ever had, sorry I waited so long.

I was excited about finally getting a robotic vacuum/mop system, especially at a great sales price. After using this for a few days I returned it because it was more maintenance than simply doing these chores myself, as I will explane in my review. The quality and build of the robot itself was sturdy and well built. The app was easy to set up and allowed for mop and no-mop zones. I found the vacuum system was adequate and did a good job.The dissapointment was in the mop function of the unit. In order to mop you have to attach a seperate plastic plate theat snaps onto the underside of the unit. You have to attach mop pads to the plastic plate. In order to set the unit back into vacuum mode, you have to detach the plate from the underside of the unit, remove the pads and clean the pads yourself, each time you want to mop. The small water tank for the mop is on the robot and has to be removed, taken to a faucett, then reattached after every other mop cycle. There is nothing saying that a cleaning solution can be used for mopping, so the pads are just pushing water around the floor and not really cleaning, unless you remove the pads to clean each time you mop. I found this to be counter intuitive to a system that is supposed to save time, and returned the unit. I would recommend a newer system that has a seperate water tank, dirty water tank and a tank for a cleaning solution. I upgraded to the Bobsweep Maxim and so far I'm very satified.
