I bought the bObsweep it performs fairly well for the price I paid, which was at a very discounted price. I performs very well on hard surface floors, but tends to get stuck on the area rugs. It has a very random cleaning pattern and tends to go over the same area multiple times before moving on. Does not do well on corners and too tall to clean under sofas. Overall, it has good performance. I like the remote control, which I can use to direct the bObsweep to spots missed.

Works good and easy to empty keep it clean ; I really like the feeling after it has finish vacuum and passing the UV light on the floor. The mopping is no so good & plus it’s a bit noisy , which really I don’t Mind

very hard to set up and get it to cover the entire floor. only had it for 2 weeks but still will not cover the entire floors.

Impulse bought this during quarantine as we had been debating a robot vacuum for a while and this was a Best Buy deal of the day for $199. It arrived as scheduled, easy to set up, clear instructions, overall pretty impressive package. It ran really well for the first several weeks. It would start up, make systematic loops around our upstairs, avoided the downstairs, and would return to "home" when the battery was depleted. However, over time it seemed to get worse. We would notice it would get stuck in small loops and stay in the same small area of the upstairs and run infinite loops until the battery drained. When we would leave the house and turn it on, we would often come home to it stuck somewhere, battery depleted, never making it back to "home". We found it at the bottom of our stairs several times as well as the poor guy attempted robot suicide. It probably has some robot brain damage from all the falls at this point, so i'm not surprised its performance isn't great. For the first few weeks it did perform well and I was impressed with how much hair and "stuff" it would pick up, even after we had vacuumed with our upright dyson. In a nutshell, no I would not buy again, 45 days of good performance and then months of mediocre and attempted robot suicide does not make this machine worth $200.

I bought this on sale, for the price it was good. At reg price not so much, returned it, it was not for me. I would rec if it’s on sale, not at reg price

I’ve always wanted one of these and when I saw this on a Best Buy Deal of the Day I jumped on it. The problem for us is that we have hardwood floors everywhere, except the bedrooms, and have two big thick area rugs in the living room and sun room. These rugs cause bOb lots of problems. Every time he tried to get on the rugs he got stuck and just whirred in place. We could not figure out a way to keep him off the rugs so we had to return him. If it wasn’t for the two thick rugs this would have been a great product for us. Just be aware of that before you buy.

It cleans well, but for some reason it has trouble moving from the floor to the area rug. Also, it would be nice if it had a docking button on the vacuum.

I have 2 cats and hard wood floors, this thing is a champ at getting all that loose kitty hair. Gets a little lost when looking for the charger, but still a great tool.

bObsweep - Bob PetHair Plus is a time saver. It is not as intelligent as the iRobot with the mapping of the house but it will do. It can hold more dirt than iRobot's bin. Needs a little guidance here and there when it gets stuck...overall not bad. It sucks the dirt pretty good on carpet and tiles. The instructions is easy to follow. For the price I got it price matched for I can't complain but otherwise won't be investing $800 or. more for it.

Returned. Did not cover the area well: missed a lot of spots. Gets stuck easily between hardwood floors and rugs.

great vacuum cleans very well with pet hair on hardwood floors. has a hard time transitioning to thicker tile ,but does a good job i would not have paid full retail price of 899.00. could not pass up discount of 75%.

Bobsweep is the best vacuum ever and the 100 star customer service made this the best purchase experience ever! I love how this robot vacuum has the UV light so I feel extra confident for my grandkids to crawl around on my carpet. I had questions about my Bobsweeper and customer service emailed me immediately to trouble shoot my issue and then sent my Bobsweeper in for free repair and they decided to send me a new one. They have a technical support and customer service team that is just amazing! They communicated with me all the way until I received my new one and even after to make sure I was totally happy with my Bobsweeper. I recommend this product and this company 100%!

We love our “Bob”!! We have 3 inside pets and Bob keeps the floors and carpet free of pet hair!!

Price was right warranty is great works great have yet to try mop part has no WiFi but remote and room blocker works great does a great job between carpet and hardwood floors has yet to get stuck

I bought this for my mother for Christmas, These vacuum/sweepers are GREAT for every day pet hair.

The bObsweep PetHair Plus Robot cleans fine but does not take care of the pet hair as promised. Right now I only have one dog, and it is a boxer - so while he sheds the hair is not long. I have started to do a quick sweep prior to the scheduled bObsweep cleaning.

Good vacuum for the price. It cleans the room well. The downside is it's loud and can't go under the couch.

Bought to replace a roomba vacuum and chose this item due to the “mop” option. The mop is simple a cloth that you wet and attach to the bottom of the vacuum. This unit is quite a bit taller than my previous vacuum and gets stuck under cabinets, floor transition and furniture every few minutes. It also does not pick up as well and the spin brush already needs replacement after 1.5 months of use.

This thing works and works well. It takes a while to get it set up properly and it seems odd the path it wants to take, but it's powerful and thorough. Now it the cat would just leave it alone.

Our first one last a bit but then got stuck and wouldn't vaccuum any more. THankfully, we had the protection plan on it and just recently again opened the 2nd one. Guess what? That battery is ALREADY DEAD.
