Bob was one of the best products I purchased from Best Buy, I have been using Bob for a couple of months now, we are very happy with him. I have 3 indoor cats and hardwood floors, after Bob is done, the floor looks fabulous. Bob has unbeatable coverage, he does all four rooms and he still has battery life left. I love the room block, just put the block where you don't want Bob to travel, he turns right around and heads for the next dust bunny. One of the things I really like about Bob is the ease of cleaning and emptying the dust bin. I highly recommend Bob to anyone, he is now part of the family.

I love my Bob, it cleans my house daily, I set it up at a time we are not at home because it is very powerful and it could be noisy. However, the battery gave me some trouble few weeks ago, it was lasting just 15 minutes and then needed to go to the charging station. I contacted customer service by phone and received the best care from Gabe Aguilera, he was very diligent and kind . My Bob was still under warranty so I received a new battery in few days and my Bob is working daily again leaving my house clean; even though I have three little dogs. I will definitely recommend this product.

Cool machine and lots of options, comes with a neat remote. It does work but doesn’t seem to “learn” the house and bumps into stuff constantly. Sometimes has a hard time finding and returning to the charging dock. Fun to watch I suppose and a well made machine... just not entirely efficient or effective to be honest. Makes a nice conversation piece I suppose. Was hoping my cat would ride it like the videos on YouTube... but he’s terrified by it. Side note: the box it came in was damaged and some things were out of the wrapper- perhaps it was used?

Bought this close to a year ago. Unfortunately design of this vacuum is too high making it get stuck under the counters and furniture too often. When stuck on on carpet it burns out the wheels and leaves skid marks on the carpet. The wheels have been replaced as it became slick very quickly. Not very satisfied with the cleaning power and movement becomes annoying as it is often stuck. Their customer service is superb though. When I had to replaced the wheels they took care of me promptly and made the whole situation feel very comfortable.

It works just fine like any robot vacuum would. It doesn’t map out your floor but works nice. It does however have trouble going over small obstacles like changes now the floor level. It does do well over the area rug once it gets on it. Overall it works like I hoped.

This sweeper is wonderful. Have 1-2 dogs and helps me keep the house clean! Got this on sale, but would pay full price if I had!

Bob works okay for the purposes I guess. He gets stuck occasionally on the kitchen May. But I guess he’s good for what he does (sweep).

This little vaccum does wonders. We have four dogs and it deals with the pet hair with no problem. This is our second Bob, the first got stepped on and broke the bumper. This second generation has much better suction but is a bit louder than the first.

Makes a lot of noice and has issues finding the charger. Good thing is it can sweep the home clean

Love this vacuum! We set it to run everyday for an hour! We have a dog that sheds a lot and this vacuum has worked hard for us! It’s a little loud, but so is a regular vacuum. I’m t has a large collection bin so it can pick up lots during that hour! I would definitely recommend.

In my opinion the Bobsweep products are not good. They are not intuitive and do not function the way they should. Let me start off by saying I had tried two different models and will be returning both. I am coming from iRobot's Roomba and was hoping this would be a good replacement for an older model. First thing I noticed with the Bobsweep pethair plus is the battery life is poor and the functionality is terrible. On a positive note both bobsweeps I tried had good suction. The other one was called the bobsweep classic which was honestly quieter and more user friendly while bobsweep pethair plus is louder than a jet engine. Both bobsweep stop working near ledges and stairs while my old roomba was able to determine there was a ledge nearby and move accordingly. With the pethair plus doing something simple like cleaning the brush requires an engineer. I mean it isnt that hard but you need a flathead screw driver for God sakes (it does come with it... but who wants to deal with that).

I bought this because it was specifically designed for pet hair. That being said, all my pets are long haired and it still requires lots of maintenance of the front roller. (cutting away pet hair) But, it picks up better than I was expecting. Best of all got points because it was a X-mas present for the wife!

Bob is amazing!! Works great and although it is a bit loud, it gets the job done. I usually run it when I leave for a run or to do my errands. When I get back home, my floors are clean... LOVE IT!!!

The amount of stuff bOb cleaned up in my Motorcoach (11x34 Training home) was just amazing. Always clean bOb after a few first area runs completely as hair is the most scary thing bOb finds alot of. bOb found and picked up all of my missing hair. Hair I thought I still had. At 64 years old I am glad bOb has found my missing hair and this test place is spotless! The tests are mostly over. bOb has a hard time with fringe ended loose carpets but he boldly tries to run fast and seems to know where the bad stuff around my bike is. My wife said bOb was one of the top 3 things I ever purchased! Bonus. Thanks bOb! I love my bObsweep. I bought two so they will move to the big house next. bOb One will show bOb Two how its done.

Very noisy compare to the Roomba. Cleaning wise it is doing the job but if you using it while you are at home, it is extremely noisy.

This is our first purchase of a robot vacuum. We have had one for hardwoods and it was great. Now with carpet we like that it will run until the battery gets low and find it’s way back to the charger.

Based on the way this product functions, I'd of never kept it if I'd of paid full price for it. However, since I purchased it as a Christmas special for less than $300, I decided to keep it. The sweeper picks up dirt and other debris very well. However, it gets stuck under things and caught on things quite often. Also, it doesn't maneuver very well on carpeting. The sweeper functions perfect on my hardwood floors but sometimes has a hard time maneuvering from the hardwood onto my area rugs. For $300 I'd definitely recommend this sweeper to a friend. However, it's absolutely not worth the $850 retail value!

Just love it, picks up all the dog hair. I run vacuum cleaner while out of home. Just amazing..do one room at a time for having to recharge

Bought as a gift for my mom. She loves it. Early on, she said it was having trouble charging. I asked that she call the company about it since it wasn't necessarily cheap AND it was new! I am happy to say the company sent a new charging port without any fanfare and all has been great since.
