Gave up on it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lots of trouble. Where to start. 1. Never found its charging base. Numerous attempts to trouble shoot. I had to manually pick it up and place it there. 2. Has lots of trouble with changing surfaces from hard wood to carpet. Gets stuck. Sorry me in a circle. 3. Very loud 4. Remote is super complex. Way more than it needs to be which just makes it confusing.

Very good cleaning mechanism
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bob is working great and the suction power is ultimately good. The battery is pretty good for about 30 mins. This product is good for small houses because it doesn’t have a inbuilt WiFi

Doesn't suck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used 3 times and returned it. Swept same small area behind my couch (about 14ft x 3ft area) for about an hour until the battery ran out and it was time to recharge. Setting was deep clean so it should have went all over the living room. When it was on my 8x10 living room rug it wouldn't move off of the rug to the carpet, it wasn't a big drop off from the rug to the carpet. First 2 times it picked up pet hair, the third time I ran bobsweep it didnt pick up anything. It blows so hard out of the back side it would run over pet hair then blow it everywhere.

Who knew how dirty the floors were?
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is convenient and easy. I purchased it on a daily deal which saved money. It works great on wood floors but not a well on long dog hairs on the carpet (nothing does).

works nice but a little loud
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice for hardwood floors but does not work well when it finds my rug on the hardwoods. The vacuum stops when it tries to go over the rug. It works nicely but is a little loud.

So efficient!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my first purchase of a robot vac, and i held low expectations - especially due to the constant sand and pet hair in my home. But this vacuum was more than efficient! I did run into a battery issue, or so i thought, but a Carlo the wonderful in customer service expedited shipping to and fro which was nearly a year after purchase. Highly recommend!

Bought on a lark, exceeded expectations.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn’t do everything but does just about everything and touch ups with Dyson takes minutes. Wife and I aren’t as spry as we once were. Just makes life easier.

Cleans well with large collection bin.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item is taller than my Roomba and gets suck under cabinets; however, the larger bin means that it can clean the whole floor without having to be emptied several times of pet hair.

Great maintenance Vacuum...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have 3 small dogs (14, 28 and 32 pounds) the 2 larger one are long hair Pomski's and continually shed. This vacuum does a great job with the day to day upkeep of our LVP Flooring. We still need to manually vacuum once a week to get under low furniture and in small areas and we use our Bissel Pet Crosswave once a week to completely clean the floors.

One happy customer
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bObsweep- (pethair plus) is a game-changer for us. It's our first robot vacuum and we can't be happier. It cleans well with less hassle. It's a workhorse - I leave it to clean the bedroom and other areas of our house. We have a Siberian husky and sheds like crazy. bObsweep saved the day. I want to give a shout-out to their customer service as well as technicians. They are super-responsive and addressed my concerns in no time. Kudos to the bObsweep team! Thank you for your exceptional service!

Good cleaning alternative
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a happy iRobot user for many years. When replacement time came recently, I looked online at Best Buy for the newest model and accidentally found bObsweep on an excellent sale and thought I’d give it a try. It vacuums well and has a good size dust bin that is easy to empty. I was initially concerned when the directions stated that the unit needs to be disconnected if you are away from home for a few days (my iRobot did not state that). This is not a major problem but does make me wonder about safely concerns. The price was good and so far the performance has been good. I love the daily connivence of a robotic vacuum. I have two cats and am consistently amazed with the amount of unseen fur that is picked up from my carpet daily. This unit also has a mop attachment which I have not yet used.

Why?
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited for one of these and believed that over time they would have advanced dramatically vs original models. I am very disappointed, and it seems I needed to wait longer or go with another brand (I probably won't use one again). The noise is less than my vacuum machine, but it is an unbearable high pitched whine that drives me and my two dogs nuts. Does it vacuum well? No. It really doesn't, it is SIGNIFICANTLY less effective than a real vacuum, and in terms of time required...it isn't even close. I could vacuum the entire house (over 4,000 sq ft) 5 times before this completes one random and ineffective tour. Speaking of random, it is embarrassing to watch this thing run. It covers the same area 30 times, and misses sections in large open rooms and moves on to a new area....just to return to the first room and bump around in there for a while longer...and misses the same section. We watched it flounder in my entryway, an 8' x 12' open area with hardwood floors, for 20 minutes! It never left that area on its own...and there is nothing blocking it from the attached living room to the front, hallway to the right, or the kitchen to the left. I figured give it a few more times to get the "lay of the land". Don't bother. It never gets smarter. It says you can vacuum longer carpets...but once you have it, it requires that you remove the main brush. We tried, it stops itself, even without the main brush, on a semi-short nap throw rug. I would say it has a smaller nap than what I would call "shag". The "mop" is a joke. It should actually be forced to stop calling itself a mop option. You just attach a rag to the front underside and it "mops" by pushing that dirty rag over everything. You cannot set it to clean certain rooms (I have seen that option advertised by competitors)or at multiple times, (it always starts at the same place). It will not fit between the legs of normal dining room chairs either, so most of the dining room is left unvacuumed...and the part it can reach is a crapshoot to determine if that section will be swept over in the hour it flounders around. It comes with one block that points out a barrier that the robot will not cross...one from the front of the block and one from the side. IF you had two areas to block with that exact configuration, it would work...but you won't, so basically you are getting one big block to sit around your house to protect it from going down the stairs, or into a room with a carpet that is thicker than your car floor mats. Finally, it is advertised that it will return to the charger on its own. Don't count on it. We have NEVER had it make its way back to the charger on its own. It really is a very stupid robot, and being a drone pilot, I expected it would at least have similar tracking and learning capabilities as the inexpensive retail drones, and I hoped it would have the capabilities that some of my higher end drones have regarding knowing where they are, learning and remembering routes, and sensing changes around them. It does not. It has the same capabilities to vacuum my house as my 3 year old grandaughter, if I blindfolded her and spun her around a few times first. Waste of money, Waste of time and energy getting it operational, and a giant disappointment. I gave it two stars instead of zero because someone with no carpet and one room might get a kick out of it. Also, I got it on sale so even though it is a complete failure, I added a star because I didn't get tricked into paying the full price for this joke.
