Very helpful, helps keep my floors upstairs clean. Not as smart as I was hoping but definitely helpful nonetheless.

It's alright for noncommittal vacuuming. If your goal is to simply feel that the floor is cleaner rather than target a mess, I'm sure it'll satisfy you. The other reviews are pretty accurate. Watching it run is pretty frustrating. It misses huge areas of the house and gets stuck a lot. When it adjusts angles to avoid an object, it tends to repeat those adjustments over and over, which in some spots, sends it into a loop of just running into the same 2 objects over and over. In fact it hits things repeatedly (and hard) enough that I don't feel comfortable leaving the house while it's running. From what I've seen, it has managed to cover about 1/4 of the floor space on the first floor before the battery runs out. I'm not sure I can return it because it scratches when it bumps into stuff. There's stickers you can put on it to prevent that, but it will also back into stuff, so you can't actually cover the whole thing. I gave it 2 stars because, when I place it directly on top of something to be vacuumed, it does work. Essentially, that's really what it needs to do. I guess I could recommend it if you have a studio apartment or something just as small with little furniture. Or maybe if you're cleaning a completely empty space. Otherwise, you should probably just stick to a regular vacuum. Tl;dr the vacuum actually works, but the navigation sucks.

this is the second one I bought to use in a second area of the house. my first one I've had for three years and has been wonderful does a great job on carpet as well as put a nice buff shine on my Hardwood, highly recommend

Bobsweep arrived in my house and saved the day, my 3 dogs left hair everywhere they walked and lay, not anymore, cleaning mode to the rescue and with my floors newly stained and polyurethaned it keeps my floors looking new as ever

Good suction. A bit louder than other models I’ve seen. Struggles a little bit to go from carpet to flooring.

Bob is on the job! better than expected suction and reasonable battery life. Don't watch Bob, just let him work. Very helpful!

Efficiently keeps up on the messy floors, but does get stuck in certain areas, and loves to attempt to go down steps when it should not. We got this on a super sale, and definitely recommend.

It picks up dog hair well and is easy to operate. It goes to its base to recharge.

Bought this to help with pet hair and it really worked. Just make sure you empty the bin after each sweeping. It is a little louder than I thought it would be. Mine had the mop too. It dries out quickly so you keep taking the pad off and rinsing and rewetting it. It was a good deal for the sale price I paid

My new bObsweep-Bob Pethair Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop is very easy to use. My 4 boys and I are always using it to clean all the rooms in our house. The settings on the remote control simple to use and even sends the bObsweep back to the charger when you are done using it. The great deal I got on Best Buys Deal of the Day makes this one of my favorite purchases from Best Buy.

This little machine does a great job! It lasts for about 3 hours and then finds it's way back home to charge. Easy to set up programs and the replaceable parts are a plus for the future. Easy to clean and maintain. We bought it on sale and well worth the money. I had bought a "pet smart" vacuum within the last year and I believe that this new vacuum will replace it almost completely.

We have two cats and a dog that if you touch him a cloud of furr flies everywhere. The bob or what we like to call “Bobbie” is great when it comes to cleaning up all the pet hair for us! It’s especially nice when both my husband and I work full time and when we now come home there is no longer furr balls everywhere. Great and super value on sale.
