It goes round and round when it fails to track its path in a room and suction needs to be better. I don’t know about mob system as haven’t tried it and worried to use this as my floor is new with wood/tile

This vacuum works great but the only con is that it is a little loud.

I love this vacuum I call it robot. It get the carpet clean and go under sofa and end tables . Oh my God what a great machine. Life has been made a lot easier now. I can do other things while she vacuums. Thank you I have no problems with her. The carpet is so clean when she finish

Does not work well at all!!! Get stuck on low area rugs and doesn’t even do one room before it goes dead.

If you don't want to spend $1000 on a vacuum this is the one for you, works fantastic!

I’ve had a different robot vacuum in the past and wasn’t impressed. Got this one a few years later and wow it’s improved way better. We have two dogs inside and it really helps and picks up so much dust and hair. It does great on carpet and tile, rarely gets stuck or lost anywhere in the house like our old one did. Huge thumbs up on this purchase.

Works well but gets stuck quite often. A little taller than most brands so it won’t make it underneath the cabinets. Overall I like it

Wow what a machine, my floors looks good after using this baby. I have hard wood floors throughout my home and this baby did a wonderful job cleaning and get up dust. If have hard wood floors and pets that leaves a lot of hair around get this baby because you wouldn’t regret it.

Love our new Bob PetHair Plus Vac & Mop. We've had it now for about 6 weeks. It covers about 1100 sq ft with one charge. The dirt canister is always full. We turn it on about 2 times a week. We do not have any pets but my long hair is just like a long haired dog shedding. Seriously!! Enjoy yours if you get one. PBJ

I think this tier vacuum without the smarts to map or figure out where he is going is a little frustrating. You'd have to really just set it and walk away for an hour because watching it drove me nuts. My biggest issue is the height of this model is just high enough to get stuck under kitchen cabinets.. so had to rescue him a few times. Returned and got the Vision model instead.. which I like a lot better even though the manual control of this model is nice.

While I hate I have to empty it daily, it really helps a lot getting up pet hair and dirt. I was kinda surprised since I honestly expected to hate it and take it back. It doesn’t take the place of a good mom cleaning but I can do other things while it is cleaning for me.

Very nice vacuum but would be nice if it mapped the layout of house. Battery only lasts about an hour or so also. Cleans well and thorough.

Works great, gets all pet hair easily. Side brush lasted a year before needing to be changed. Got it on sale, $200 is a deal for this.

automated vacuum with a pad you can dampen for a wet rag wipe, it is not a mop. It did good for what it is has to work with, I thought it would "mop" better

Worst waste of money...ever. I also have a base model Neato and it far surpasses the quality of this machine. Literally catches on EVERYTHING and if you aren't watching it like a hawk, it will go dead just sitting there. Very loud. Even after the tedious process of going through Bobsweep's service (which only deals in delayed emails), the "repaired" model didn't work any better. I spent hundreds on a vacuum that has never fully cleaned my floor one time.
