Item seems confused. Would recommend it to a friend. I also have one made by Shark. It actually moves around better as far as direction. Also the Shark one can be controlled from an app.

Works well. It's amazing that a round object can clean a rectangular room. If you watch it work, you'll swear it won't get the job done. It randomly turns. When you come back later, the room is clean - event the area next to the baseboards.

We always wanted a robot vacuum cleaner and then this went on sale. Cant go wrong that price point. Only used it a few times and it appears to be figuring out the house. Missed one bedroom and did the second bedroom twice . The vacuum does excellent job where it goes.

It does a good vacuuming job but is not very good at floor mapping. It only seems to map the first time and doesn't improve afterwards. It's always getting stuck on the stairs and carpet.

Its good for light daily cleaning will keep house clean if used daily. Unfortunately this died after 14 months, guess I have to replace battery

bObsweep seems to have a mind of its own, and keeps repeating the same areas, Seems to do better on carpet rather than ceramic tile. Not acceptable for a good cleaning. Unit returned

Does a fantastic job..it will mop but we only use it for the vacuuming..we have abput 1400sft on the bottom floor that it takes care of..we run ot once a week and we only have yo really sweep on e or twice a month.

Good for the price. I miss the smart feature so i might be exchanging dor the upgraded versuon with wifi

I love my bobsweep!! I have 5 cats, 2 dogs, and a crazy toddler. This thing picks up crazy amounts of animal hair and dust. I got it as a christmas present to myself to try to keep up on my house. I wish I would have bought one sooner!

Thus far its been pretty good. Picks up dirt very well, have yet to use the mop attachment. Only issue I’ve run into is nothing to do with the unit. It just happens to be the same height as the gap under my couch, my dresser, and my aquarium, which leads to it getting stuck and me having to manually get it unstick.

Got this on a special sale and honestly don't know how I lived without it for so long. Really picks up the dog hair and dirt. Don't expect it not to be needing emptied often as it does pick up everything it goes over. It's not a unit that will learn and it just keeps going around doing it's thing. Sometimes have to use the remote to direct it in the area I want it to go. Don't blame the little thing for catching cables left laying around on the floor. The biggest feature is the UV light for killing virus concerns. You never know what you can track into your house on the shoes and that alone is a value knowing this won't be a problem with BOB!

Did not enjoy this. Returned it for a wireless vacuum which I'm much more satisfied with. This thing is big and takes up a lot of space. Just wasn't what I needed.

Some issues -- gets stuck on air vents, etc. Also, have to lift everything off the floor. Biggest pain is that the charging station has to be TWO FEET away from anything -- yet within reach of a cord. Very challenging! Also, only holds slightly less than one room's worth of dirt before needing emptying.

We love this product however we feel it is louder than we expected. We had hoped for it to run while we slept at night but it’s much to loud. But the product does a great job with picking up our two shedding dogs hair! I would buy again.

It's hard to imagine a small, round vacuum that travels the floor, picking up dust and debris like magic. My carpet is 20 yrs old and this little machine brought back brightness to my carpet that I haven't seen in 10 yrs. Quite impressive.

Out of the box easy to get going and program. Runs great

I was little skeptical when buying thinking it wasn't going to be good enough for me. But when arrived and saw it clean my floor i was amazed

This thing is great. Haven't used the mop yet, but it's so easy to set up to run and walk away, easy to clean, highly recommend, except I got it on Deal of the Day for $199, so maybe wait for a deal, not worth $800

ARRIVED USED! My Bob arrived in a damaged and retaped box that still had the stickers from the guy in Maryland who'd previously received it. I have it charging now to see if it will work. I love my old Bob, so I'm hoping this one isn't a reject. Still.... I paid for a NEW product and not a damaged box return.
