This unit is very powerful and has a large capacity bin. However the unit is to large to go under tables and other spots. As far as washing the floor it is useless as it has no ability to pump solution on the floor. I returned my unit and purchased a Bissell which I am very happy with.

Do not buy this! this vacuum is worthless. You try to program it it does nothing, It spins in circles without the suction going bounces off the walls and is useless. Best Buy tells you there’s nothing they can do three days after the return expired. You have 15 day window to return this product and there are no exceptions made. I will not buy from Best Buy again! There are far too many other options out there with a better return policies than Best Buy, this is what is going to put them out of business in this economy.

The battery doesn’t last and i had it for 2 months and it stop working

I bought this mop in hopes that I could come home from work to a clean house every evening... I ended up having to return it after using it for 4 months and hating it. It did not have a good system for cleaning as it would keep circling back to the same area over and over again, so it would never make it to the other parts of the house. It is terrible at finding its charging station, and it doesn't map your house like other ones for this same price do on the market. I basically had to be home while it was running so I might have well just vacuumed myself. The whole purpose was so that I could set it on a schedule to run before I got home from work, and it definitely failed. I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1 because of the fact that it does have a very large dust bin which is a plus for pet owners like myself, it mops ok for a robot vacuum, and you can buy parts on the manufacturer website and fix parts of it yourself if anything breaks. They have very great customer service and very easy to understand installation instructions. The box also comes with a fool proof manual too that also have pictures. I do not recommend this for anybody to purchase unless you don't mind babysitting your vacuum while it cleans and takes forever.

Good all around Robot Vacuum. Takes some time to get set up and charge.

i had this for vacuum for a week and i would have to say i was not impressed with it. i never tried the mop feature. i honestly think this vacuum is great at picking up what needs picking up and loved the UV feature to it but hated the fact that i would not clean my entire house. this vacuum would only clean the same areas over and over again and never really went out of the area where the doc is. such an expensive vacuum for it not to work great. also another fact was that this vacuum was a bit to load compared to a deebot i had before gifting it, now i find myself buying a deebot once again,

So first thing is this unit is loud, but there is a reason for that, it super sucks the dirt up. I had 2 other bobsweeps before this one. The first bobsweep pet hair unit and the bobi pethair unit. The bobi unit is totally useless junk and I would not recommend it to anybody the first generation bobsweep was good just fell down the stairs too many times. This unit is far better than either previous unit. The feeling of it is better and the suction is much better also. It seems to be a little smarter also. If you hit a sale on this buy it as fast as you can

This is a weird product that has a mind of its own. Doesn’t program easily nor remember the path it took so it wastes precious battery power covering areas already cleaned.

Bob does a great job.. he tends to get stuck in our kitchen a lot. Living room looks better then when the wife did it with the dyson

It's amazing how it moves around the house. I wish we would have gotten a thinner one. That way it could go under more furniture. It easily transitions from floor to rug. We're still getting used to it. More to read.

It misses a lot of spaces and gets stuck on transition from wood to carpet! Mopping is probably the worst thing ,smears a lot! good price but took it back!!
