This is my second one love the product the only problem make too much noise does a very good job I have two large dogs they shed like crazy help me to keep the house clean

I bought this on a daily deal and dont regret it! It works amazingly

Item does not work well. It's a piece of junk. It is not worth the price, it isn't even worth $5. It constantly gets stuck and will not go over small carpets. It will get stuck and you will spending your whole day rescuing it. I'm not a huge shopper at best buy, so I wasn't aware of their return policy. Don't bother shopping from this store, their return policy sucks.

I like the way it picks up. But it doesn't do well on rugs.

Bob would not charge. I called the main company saying I tried all things, but no luck. They said they would send me another one. I assumed new, but no, it came remanufactured with no box. My box said a 3 series but this one is a 2. I wish now I had just taken it back to the store and got another one. This runs but can never find the base. I have reset it many times. It does run quietly though, when wandering in all directions. I walk it back when it dies in place.

i mean, it really clean, but . . . for the time it takes and the noise it makes, is faster and better just do it your self.

The bob gets stuck in one place way too many times and does not complete the job. It's frustrating having to go move it every 10 minutes.

Definitely would have expected better from this robovac/mop. The mop is just a rag that kinda drags along the ground. There's no rewetting or anything else. I was able to vac and mop my entire kitchen/dining area and the "mop" was still pretty white and the floor was still pretty dirty after. It's also taller than most robovacs, so it doesn't fit under the cabinets. It does have a nifty looking screen though.

I took this item back. It was way too noisy when it cleaned the floor. I have a shark and it cleaned circles around this product for the price.

Great little vacuum and my cats are amazed every time Bob cleans, lol. This does a great job collecting the cat hair and cleaning. This was a Deal of The Day purchase so I got a good price on it ($300). I would recommend if the normal price was lower. I

My BobSweep is working amazing, super convenient for those busy days in which we simply dont have enough time to sweep or mop! Such a life saver!! Also purchased it during Best Buy Deal of the Day so it was definitely worth every penny!

You will surprised how effectively this vacuum works. And shocked at dirty your hardhood/laminate floors even when they look clean. This machine is much louder than I expected. Run while away from the house. Complicated remote.

This machine isn't exactly wowing me right now. It seems to spend a lot of time stuck in places. To be fair this is my first robovacuum, so don't know if this is par for the course. I will wait till the technology improves.

It just wasn't right for me. It felt like cheap quality plastic. It got stuck everywhere like under the entertainment system, under a tall bird cage and so on. The cleaning pattern was just to bizar. It would go straight for 6 inches to a foot then randomly turn and start going another direction even though it didn't bump into anything. It doesn't like sweep the area it sweeps random areas.

Love my bobsweep. I have an Alaskan Malamute and Bob does an amazing job cleaning up the fur. I love the large size dirt bin ( much larger than my Romba has) .
