Great Vacuuming Suction/Power Does not do well on Top of the Line Thick StainMaster Carpet...Gets stuck... Otherwise...Good for the $

Never knew how much this was going to change my wife at home, especially keeping my house clean

This product is great. Just push start and the pet hair and dirt are picked up. Has a hard time returning to its docking station at times, but it does the job. I would recommend this product

I had purchased this in deal of the day for $200 & thought that was a steal for a $800 product. But this product does not seem to be worth. Reasons for this view - firstly, suction is not good at all. It does not pick up visible dirt in its path. Secondly, sensors don't seems to be strong enough, it just goes & bumps or falls from the stairs. Thirdly, it will never find its way back to the charging station on low battery, which is just about 4-5 feet away. I had to pick up & put it to charge every time. Finally, I gave up on this product & returned it within two weeks.

Picks up dog hair does a great job great purchase!!

Rubbish. I have 2 of these and they can't run without supervision. Our home is very robot friendly btw. Also the "Waffle Track" and "Spiral track" mode don't work correctly. The unit functions at a general random. Park the robot vacuum in front of a mess and tell it to do a waffle track and it turns around and cleans the area behind it. Then park the robot facing backwards to a mess and start the waffle track then it cleans the area in front of it. I tested this in my garage in a wide open area where there are no variables. It's just a terrible program. Also this has a "Thorough Lift" mode that is supposed to clean areas that are dirty more thoroughly than areas where it does not detect dirt. The robot vacuum will spend at least an hour in a very small area going in circles as the system can't seem to detect clean from dirty correctly. BobSweep support was unable to help me with this. It will also destroy all of your furniture, BobSweep gives you pads to put on the front of it so that it doesn't. But the fact they have to do that in the first place is concerning. I have a coffee table that weighs 37 pounds and Bob sweep regularly pushes it across the floor 3 to 4 feet.

We purchased thw bobsweep based on our daughter-in-laws recommendation and watching it work in her house. We live in the country with lots of blowing dust. I feel I can do a better job with a good quality broom than this unit based on the amount of soil and dog hair that is collected. The dog hair also tends to protrude out of a panel on the back that is removable and can be cleaned with some effort.

Great product. Perfect for dog hair. I was afraid the dogs would go after it but they did not. Even my toddler granddaughter did not go after it. Well made products. Cleans very well.

I love my Bob Robot Vacuum. It does a great job on all of of my flooring.

This did not work as expected. cleaned very well but had trouble with finding rooms. would clean only one room.

I haven't had any issues yet. The price was excellent since I purchased it during the deal of the day. All I can say is is helps a lot with the floor downstairs while I use the regular vacuum upstairs.

Sometimes gets stuck on my rug, but cleans really good. It picks up dust and dirt that the broom doesn't.

Can’t navigate over low pile area rugs. Constantly gets tangled in dining room chair legs. We have to rearrange furniture excessively to make it work. At week 4, just as the return period arrived and passed, it’s programming stopped working. SO, we now own an expensive and high maintenance and unreliable bot with an attitude. It is disappointing - and a waste of money.

My first time buying this, and I must say I love it! My floor never felt so good under my feet! I always use dust mop and broom in the past, but this picks up everything!

Great vacuum that picks up way more than you would expect. The different functions are great and the mopping pad is an added bonus

I was skeptical about purchasing a robot vacuum but I'm glad I tried this. Picks up a lot, starts and docks on its own. Easy to program. I can eat bon bons and do housework at the same time. LOL. I'm impressed so far.

Bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. Works great and she loves the convenience of the priduct does the work. Just turn it on and it cleans.

It works good, after i started using it, id nt find a dust accumulating on the top of tables and boxes like before, it cleans floor good with UV light add on top.

I have really enjoyed my Bobsweep, it does such a great job on my hardwood floors. I choose a setting and Bob does all the work even great in tight spots and the round extended brush works great in corners. I have had to have the dust bin replaced because of a flap. All I had to do is call and I was sent a replacement, the warranty is very reasonable and so are the replacements such as bumber pads and mop cloths. Yes it also mops. I definitely recommend Bobsweep it has made my life a little easier and cleaner.
