Can never find the base station even after syncing so many times. The vacuum part is great. Sensors don't work all the time. Bob is constantly running into things and getting stuck.

We love our BOB. I am a stay at home mom and part time RN. This guy is a LIFESAVER with two large indoor dogs and a baby. We've had BOB since my son was old enough to crawl and I love that it keeps the floors spotless. It even has a UV light that helps keep floors more sanitary because children inevitably eat things off the floor. I run BOB at least once a day sometimes twice if the dogs have been in and out a bunch. I had to send BOB in for a tune up and let me say it was a Looong week and a half without him. Customer service for this company can't be beat. That is really hard to find nowadays! It really picks up the fine dander and dust and does a great job. It's a little noisy but I think that's because it's got a good motor and suction. I just turn it on when I leave the house and when I go upstairs to do other things. I got this as a gift from my mother in law and it's probably the best gift ever

I bought this when it was on sale, read the reviews, and they pretty much summed it up perfectly. It is about the same sound as a regular vacuum, but it has been perfect for keeping the carpet clean. It had trouble on our hard floor to carpet sections, but works great on both.

I do like the "Bob" as it's called in my home. But the middle piece on the top wasn't there not sure what it's used for at this point. When you hit the "charge" button it has a hard time finding the charger. We have a husky so it does a good job picking up the hair, but not able to do 4 rooms with a charge.

I find this works very well. Dust bin is large and easy to empty. Love the way it cleans under the beds. I tend to use it when I'm home as I'm retired but it would be great to come home to a clean floor after work. Price on sale 199.00 was great

Decent for the price I guess. Bob gets lost in the same room and laps the same area often, battery life isnt what I would hope for, often doesn't make it through the 30 min deep clean without powering down. Picks up dirt and cat fur fairly well, suprising how much collects as fast as it does. If the battery lasted longer, and if the mapping was more on point, this would be a fantastic vac.

I love my BobSweep! I purchased him last summer and he does an amazingly thorough job in cleaning my home. He works very well on carpet and hard floors alike. I enjoy using the remote, at times, for a quick touch up when I need to send him directly to a recent mess. I have found that handy when I trim my dog's fur or whatnot. He cleans more thoroughly than my upright vacuum I previously used. The various settings also come in quite handy! You can put him on "deep clean", "quick clean", "perimeter clean" and so on. He is so versatile! And while he is vacuuming, it frees up my time! I also have to say the customer service is top notch! Whenever I have had the need to contact them they are very prompt, thoroughly, friendly and ALWAYS follow up to make sure everything is as it should be! My experience has been great all around! I highly recommend BobSweep!

I am in love with Bob Pethair. This Vacuum has made my life so easy as I have back pain and to do vacuum with other vacuums takes a toll on my back, Now I am happy that while BobSweep is cleaning my house and I can do some other chores in my house. Plus the price is great !!

This is a good vacuum but it does not follow any particular path. Sometimes repeating the same path. Gets stuck under furniture. You can't just turn it on and expect it to cover a designated area unless the area is free of all impediments. Must admit it does save on the effort from using a conventional sweeper.

Wasn't sure if 'Bob' would perform like a Rumba but the price was so good! I'm very happy. I have a shedding dog and 2 cats and have to vacumn every day. Bob gives me a break! He does as well as when I use my regular vacumn.

I have to navigate it most of the time. It's not the best at going around the house on its own and I have a very open concept house. However, it does get the dog hair up good!

Great vacuum. There is only one negative point that I noticed, it’s a little too loud for me maybe is because my house is big and not fully furnished? Other than that I’m happy with my purchase especially for the price I was able to get it for.

My daughter has wanted a robot vacuum for quite a while and I finally gave in and purchased this one for her for Christmas. It seems most brands have issues and the reviews just didn't justify the purchase. This one seems to be the exception. They have both carpeting and hardwood floors and many obstacles. They run it daily and my 11 year old grandson is in charge of emptying and starting each evening. It works great with catching all the dog hairs and seems to have reduced the allergens. I am impressed.

It sucks well, but navigation algorithm sucks as well. I have a better chance using the manual controls in vacuuming. It doesn't know it's head from it's posterior and get's lost very easily. At least Joe Biden knows the difference between a wall obstacle or an object, such as a dog bone, in the way. I literally placed it near the charger and still it got lost when I instruct to go "home". I nearly took it outside and beat it with a baseball bat, just like in the movie "Office Space.

I love this vacuum so much. I have wood floors in the majority of my home that contains a three year old, four cats, and two dogs. This thing is a monster when it comes to hair and happily picks up while I'm at work.

I was very skeptical about robot vacuum cleaners and procrastinated for some time before making the decision. Once I made the decision, then it was "which one"? My findings let me to bObsweep at Best Buy. What a great choice!!! Bob does a phenomenal job and is easy to maintain. What's even better is I had a minor issue and needed customer service and let me tell you, their service might be better than the product. If you are looking for a robot vacuum, DO IT!!! Buy from this company. In a world where products aren't made like they used to and service is even worse, this is the company and product to go with!!! Get off the fence and DO IT!!! I am a customer for life.

I had a roomba for years… loooooved it. Moved and my daughter took it… been watching for a bob like cleaner for some time…. This one was on deal of the day. I’ve had it a few weeks. It’s ok. Gets stuck a lot, doesn’t know how to find the charger. It kinda goes in circles and cleans. Doesn’t really get the whole area (900 sq feet, minimal furniture)

Its just okay. I had it at my house and it was doing a great job so i took it to my office and its just okay. It seems like i have to hit the reset button pretty often.

Does an amazing job picking up our dog hair. Quick and effortless!!

So far so good. Fairly easy to set up although i thought I set a timer and Bob didn't show up for work. I'll give it more of a chance once I get settled in my new place. But I like the "set it and forget it" idea of vacuuming. Not sure I feel confident I can run it when I am not at home. We'll see.
