I took one star off because Bob had a screw loose. When I took him out of the package I could hear a screw rattling around inside him. I was able to remove the dust bin and shake it out. The random screw falling out doesn’t appear to affect his performance. He has become a part of the family. Bob is my 6 year old daughters new best friend. She follows him around the house and loves to change his diaper (dust bin). Our main floor is all hardwood floors and we have 3 dogs. Our Norwegian Elkhound is a shedder and Bob does an amazing job of cleaning up the fur poofs. Bought this when it came up on deal of the day. The packaging, quality and ease of use is top notch (except the random screw that fell out). Love the little remote for controlling Bob

Had a hard time switching between hardwood and carpet with that lip, otherwise does great on both floors.

Bought this fir my new home. I have pet birds and hope it will sweep up their daily messies.

Picks up ok, but has to stay very clean, and is loud. Mop function is not a mop function it is a cloth you get wet and put on it to mop. Vacume part is fair easy to set up and use just not the mopping part.

Bought 2 one for my house and one as a gift. Picks up everything in its way and can also mop.

Bob is pretty cool and we got it for a great price. It does a great job on the masses of dog fur from our two collies. However, Bob can not handle fringe as you find on oriental rugs, so we had to banish him to the second floor which only has wall to wall carpeting and tile floors.

My vacuum did not circle and make patterns throughout the house during its cycle . it got stuck on everything even without the rotating beater bar. The height of the vacuum cleaner was too large would not go underneath some of my furniture. And it’s really not a mop it’s like a swifter pad and with no reservoir to fill up water do you have to make the pad wet yourself. I do not recommend this. Way to be much babysitting

Works as expected. No issues. Cleans and gets small particles in touch to reach places.

My wife had wanted a robovac fro some time. Cleans well, a little noisy.

Eh. Just eh. Didn’t even care to try the mop function. It can’t find the dock, and it roams endlessly once it’s done cleaning- until it dies out somewhere. Not what I had imagined.

This is my third vacuum, all still working. This newer version does not work as well as the original. The original goes over transitions better, this one tends to get stuck. Mop feature is ok, works off of pads, no onboard water storage.

I recently purchased Bob, we love to watch Bob do his job he vacuums the whole room collects all the dog hair in a timely manner and when finish it goes back to its dock. My pet Brutus he is an English toy spaniel was a little afraid of it At first, But quickly adapted we just love our new Bob I recommend it to every household thanks Best Buy for the great purchase price

Love this item. Turn it on and let it go. Works In large rooms. Only negative is that it is very loud.

I really should read the directions sometime, but even so, this guy sure does do a great job!

The vacuum is a bit noisy but if you run it on a schedule when not home or not sleeping, you should be good.

Larger than I expected but holds more dirt than my other unit. Has gotten stuck a couple of times but usually works perfectly.
