It would spin around in the same area, also could not find its way to its base that was in an open area. It did do a fantastic job on the areas that it did clean. It was $700 off so figured I would give it a try.

I was hesitant to buy when I saw the discounted price, as I was doubtful about the quality of the item. To my surprise, the item exceeded all expectations and is working like a champ.

Battery doesn’t last long. Only do living room kitchen and hallways.

Great product. It is the perfect vacuum. It picks up dirt and mops excellent. It’s the perfect vacuum.

Although it cleaned the areas it was able to get to well. Most days it would get stuck either under a chair or the foot well under the kitchen cabinets. We ran it for two weeks and it was never able to make it through the dining, kitchen and living room area. We have a medium size house (2600 sf) and it is an open concept so I thought it would work well. The sensor on the top sticks up just far enough to wedge itself under things and then stay there until it would die. We got this on a huge sale $199 down from $799 so I was psyched to get it, but it is what it is. It's just easier to use the cordless vacuum and be done.

Not exactly what I thought .. decent vacuum but horrible mop.. dragging a washcloth across the floor would do more .. have to follow him around and help him as he gets “stuck” on carpet humps from room to room.. kinda a pain.. and I have a cheaper version upstairs that had no problem going from room to room

My floors have never been so clean. I love Bob. I just need to be careful that I have all chargers picked up.

BobSweep for PetHair has found hair even after we typically vacuum with an upright. Now we leave it to BoBSweep to the full job. Haven’t tried the mop setting. It is louder than we anticipated but we time it so as not to bother us. And even on the first use, it got stuck under some of our overhang cabinets and scrapped paint on the top of the unit. We figured it all out so those sticking points are kept at a minimum. Highly recommend.

I really love watching the bobsweep do its thing. The first one stopped vacuuming normal after the first week but took it back and everything has been going wonderful with the new one.
