It works well. My sheading 80 lb Dog gives it a real work out.

Robot gets confused and does circles, also gets stuck on one or three area rugs, the largest one I have unfortunately. Works well in my kitchen when I just let it run but I would not vacuum nearly as long if I did it manually.

Bob does a great job, but gets lost easily. I use the remote to guide him.

Doesn't work if you have area rugs, even low profile w/o any real edges (i.e. less than a half centimeter in height and tightly woven). Battery lasts 20-22min fully charged, new out of the box.

So far bObsweep has performed well. The only downfall is it will get stuck on shaggy carpet and then turn itself off. But no complaints on the hardwood floors, it picks up a surprising amount of dirt! We let it run while we are at work because it can be a little noisy, almost the same volume of a regular vacuum.

Bob can be frustrating as far as getting trapped and randomly turning in circles. I do not recommend the mop attachment at all it did not really do much. It does pick up a great deal of pet hair so that is a plus.

Set it up did a quick test run and it sucked up almost all the dog hair on my floor. A lot of people claimed no mop feature however there is an attachment which is a mop pad that you have to spray with floor cleaner which is the mopping. Definitely going to be helpful to use that once or twice a week. Would buy again

I have tiles and this device Sweeps very well. I got it on best buy daily deals for $200. Can't beat that.

Great vacuum! Easy to use. Picks up enough dirt and covers most of the floor.

1. "Bob" has the best owner's manual I have seen in years: helpful, concise, accurate. 2. Supposedly "Bob" offers customer service via email with a 3 day response. I have been waiting 17 days so suspect support is not available. 3. I am not convinced robs-vacs are really such a big deal but suspect that depends on your life style. This does not replace either my upright or my canister but it does provide frequent light pickup. 4. Design flaw: "Bob" has no recessed handle so picking it up to clean or empty is very awkward for someone with arthritis and negates one of the advantages it might have had. 5. I have used no competing brands so am unable to compare but "Bob" does seem to perform its moderate tasks efficiently. And it is kind of fun.

What a device! This baby cranks out thick matts of dog hair in like 20 minutes of suction time. Only twice did it try to jump off the stairs but it's reliable to keep on truckin 99% of the time. This will make a pet owning parent proud as a gift.

Don’t buy this. Hair got stuck on the wheel on the first vacuum. Not smart at all, got stuck several times.

Save your money. Carpets throw this robot into madness.

Really wanted to like this vacuum. Looks nice, and comes with a lot of extras. Setup was a bit tedious, and there is no app to help control things. Comes with a remote and a "virtual wall" unit, but does not come with any batteries for those. At it's normal price point, that should be included.

I bought this for $199 and I thought it was a great deal. Not only would it be stick in one small room for 30+ minutes but it would get stuck on things constantly. It ended up being more of a hassle than helpful so I returned it.
