BobSweep... Backwards.. Hold nose "Pew Bob"

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally purchased a BObsweep Pro Robotic which didn't meet expectations, even after carefully sifting reviews from fellow consumers. It actually worked best when guiding it via the remote, but kinda defeats the purpose. I went ahead and doubled-down on the BObsweep PetHair Plus, but immediately ran into issues after 5 minutes of use, when the robot stopped (on low rug) with a message reads, "Oops, I feel there is something going on with my Main Brush"... Over and over. Always same troubleshooting message. I have cleaned, replaced the brush, tightened and loosened the screws, etc. I always do due diligence and check consumer reviews so not sure why the two products I have purchased have been junk but I'm going back to using my old Hoover Upright (saves time).
