Bob has definitely been a great purchase. It is very convenient to have a robot vacuum and getting it on sale has been great value for the price. There are definitely more advanced vacuums, but Bob does a good job. The only downside is that I have some furniture at unfortunate heights that he gets stuck under, but the block works to keep him from going near them. The customer service at bobsweep is the best I have ever experienced! I was unfortunate that after over a year one of bob's wheels stopped working, but contacting bobsweep to see about the warranty covering it was the most pain free experience I've ever had. I was able to send bob out for repair and he came back quickly and working perfectly. Their support supervisor was amazing and sent multiple follow up emails throughout the process to let me know what was happening and to make sure everything was taken care of. If you want a company that really stands behind their product bobsweep is definitely the way to go.

this is trash. battery is poor, no clean well, always say error. please dont waste your money in this. irobot is better

Excellent clean very fast and good quality machine

Bob works great on picking up dirt and hair. I have swept after using just to check and it picks up everything. It works well on carpet ,tile and wood floor. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it’s loud and it gets stuck under the furniture. Other than that it’s an excellent product. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to save time.

I received my Bobsweep as a gift for my birthday in December. It does a great job of getting up pet hair. If you have more than one pet, I recommend vacuuming normally also with a regular vacuum. I love that it is programmable to come on anytime and any day you want. The remote is a nice feature as well although the display is very hard to read. It doesn't illuminate very much and you just can't see it very well at all. I had to call customer service because of a problem with the display and i was blown away by the concern on their part. Best customer service I have EVER dealt and it's really not even close. Thank you Ricky!! Comes with a box you turn on that is a barrier and keeps Bob from going places you don't need him to. Only a couple of times has he had a problem finding his home base to charge but he always manages to get there. Honestly, I would not pay $700 for any vacuum, that's just me but mine was a gift so life is good :)

Don’t really work that well. Didn’t pick up a lot. N keep getting stuck. We have hard wood and rug.

Did not work for me. I had to return it. Wouldn’t go from bare floor to a rug at all. I have room size rug that isn’t a high pile but it wouldn’t run on it at all. It does do a fair job on bare floors but just wasn’t a good fit for us.

It is very thick and complicated settings and is not good for carpets so I returned it

Please, do not waste your money on this product. I bought this because of the Pet Hair feature, but it does not clean the carpet or floors even without pet hair. It continually cleans the same area and leaves other areas untouched.

This is made for a pet owner that only has hardwood floors and no carpet. Machine would get stuck everything we tried to use it. Total o 4 times before returning it to the store. Not happy with it. There is a rubber gasket that acts. Lke a broom under the machine but seems to hang low enough that it will get stuck on the carpet when it tries to go forward or backwards.

This is a great device to have if you have pets that shed constantly. I have 2 Siberian Huskies and this is a great addition to my pack. It literally cuts the cleaning time in half because it does the work for you. I turn it on when I leave the house and let it run. There's several options that you can choose from from 15 minute cleaning to up to an hour of cleaning. It also tells you if the device gets stuck on furniture or if it needs charging. It was super easy to setup and very user friendly. Another option that I like is that it has a little mop that you can use if you have hardwood or tiles. I highly recommend this product to anyone!! Safe for pets and children.

I would certainly give this product a 5 star perfect rating if not for the fact it gets stuck on rugs, under cabinets, under beds and can't find its charging post. Other than those issues, they're actually minor to the fact this little guy has great suction power. It sucks animal hair extremely well and has a big compartment to store all that hair. Its a great product to have for daily maintenance. I have it set for 7 days a week at 9:00 AM. The charge lasts 60 minutes and does an extremely good job. It's not going to be the same as manual vacuuming but it will certainly help you do so (manual vacuuming) less often. It's also helps to ease my allergies. I haven't used the mop function, so I can't comment on that. However, I'm glad I purchased this robot. Alas, a robot that actually cleans.

TL;DR: I LOVE this company, and I would buy this again in half a heartbeat. We have had this vacuum for almost 2.5 years now. When 'he' first arrived, the first thing I found when I opened the package was a Birth Certificate and a note saying that they were excited that "BOB" had joined our family. Funny, and maybe a little kitschy, but hey, you could tell they were trying. The first time I turned him loose in the house, I knew that it was going to save me loads of time. My family has two fur babies, a Siberian Husky and a Shiba Inu. If you don't know much about these breeds, check them out, they have both been amazing dogs. Anyway, they shed - a lot! The husky in particular. Bob needs to be emptied on a daily basis in my house, but I can tell you for sure that not having to spend an hour a day vacuuming up tumbleweeds of dog hair, has been awesome. Fast forward about a year, to when we had our first issue. The dustbin flap had broken and wouldn't stay on correctly. I emailed Bobsweep customer service, and no questions asked, they sent me a brand new dustbin to replace the damaged one. Not only that, they also sent along a little care package that contained extra brushes and other replacement parts without being asked. That was awesome. The new dustbin (the main motor for the unit) was slightly louder than the original one, but only marginally so. And yes, the unit is a little loud, but no louder than running my dyson, so I don't see it as an issue. Fast forward again, to about two months ago. Bob would go to his charging base, charge for about two minutes, then start beeping incessantly. The message on the LCD screen read 'There's a problem with my Power System.' Again, I emailed customer service, who pointed out that I was a little outside my manufacturers' warranty. I wasn't super concerned because I had bought the 4yr geek squad plan that goes into effect once my manufacturer's warranty expired. But I was shocked when he followed up with the comment that they were going to go ahead and take care of me. They asked me to pay $20 to cover the round trip shipping costs, but that once Bob was back in their possession, that their 'doctors' would give Bob a 'checkup' and get him back to me ASAP. WOW. We were without Bob for about 2 and a half weeks, but when I opened up the package from Bobsweep, it wasn't my Bob at all. All of the scuffs and scratches were gone, all of the sensors were bright and shiny. They sent me a brand new unit!!!! Again, not only that, but they sent an array of pads and sensor covers to help make sure that Bob didn't bump into anything too hard. Bottom Line: This company's customer service is outstanding, and tho this is the only robot vacuum I've ever tried, I can assure you it will be the only company that I will purchase from in the future!
