We bought the Pethair Plus model at the end of December and began using it right away to clean up behind our kids and our large shedding dog. It filled up the bin every time it ran for the first several runs and then we started to really tell a difference. We now run it at least once a day. It does a great job, even cleaning good under the couch. The "mop" is pretty unimpressive though. We don't even bother with it. We had one problem where the bin door hinge pins broke and was at first causing the dirt to clog up inside the bobsweep and then it quit working all together. I contacted the bobsweep customer service and they were very polite and pleasant and very quickly sent us out a new bin that even included a new filter. A few days after that they contacted me to make sure everything was back to working well. We have been very pleased with the bobsweep Pethair Plus and our experience with customer support. I would be interested in a better mop.

Bob has been in my home for a little over a year now. He works hard and cleans well. I love having him programmed to come out while I am gone. My cat has made her peace with him. He's had to go to Bobsweep hospital for repairs, but customer service is great and has covered the cost and sent me hospital updates during his stay.

I live in a three bedroom house and my housemates have two cats. There used to be fur balls rolling around everywhere until bob came to the rescue. I was hoping the cats would ride it too but they don’t seem interested.

Really good for carpets and hardwood floors. After almost 2 years of service (daily use) the battery start to fail but the warranty came in and got a brand new battery

Life as a working mom felt hopeless and exhausting. Then came Bob. Bob is the only one in the family that helps me complete the household chores each day. Bob gets the job done seamlessly and it’s no easy task with two hairy dogs who bring in dirt and shed daily. Every family needs a Bob, and I pray for the day that every chore has a Bob, but for now I appreciate not having to vacuum, so I have more of a chance to tackle the monster mess.

I have a golden retriever which means I have a lot of fur to deal with. The Bobsweep PerHair Plus vacuum does a phenomenal job picking up dirt and pet fur and has drastically cut down the time I spend vacuuming. I continue to be impressed with the amount of fur it picks up that my other vacuum (Shark Navigator Deluxe) misses. The convenience of this vacuum is only topped by how good it is at vacuuming up pet furs. I schedule it to run twice a day while I am at work and love coming home to clean floors-all I need to do is empty a dustbin full of fur each night! The only, very minor, downsides are that it is a little noisy, and it gets stuck every once in a while. I think these issues come with any robotic vacuum though. Finally-shoutout to the Bobsweep customer service department. The first vacuum I purchased wouldn't charge on its charging station. I reached out to Bobsweep and got a very prompt response from Adam who sent out a replacement and stayed in touch throughout the process. Overall I couldn't be happier with my 'Bob' and wish I had bought him sooner!

Bob is awesome. I did have an issue with him & needed to send him back to have him fixed. I was kept well informed about him while he was gone & he was returned to me. Now he’s back to working great again.

Great for pet hair! Easy to set up and use. Customer support is incredibly helpful.

I bought this vacuum for my wife as a mother's day gift. In a house with 4 indoor animals we used to vacuum using a Kirby everyother day. Bob has made it so we only vacuum everyother week. He ia programmed he run daily at 10am. And doesn't fail. We did have one problem with bob getting stuck and his wheels became slicks. I reached our to the customer support team. They responded quickly with clear directions to help troubleshoot the problem. There was many correspondence back and forth assumes bob is back to himself. Had not gotten stuck since. Great product and a company that stands by it.

I've purchased two Bob's and recommended two Bob purchases. I can tell you Bob does as good or as better job than a vacuum and we have a Dyson and a Oreck. Our two dogs shed like crazy, I mean insanely crazy. Our house layout is awkward, with oriental rugs and furniture that is amazingly perfect to just catch Bob. I bought the Bob because of the design (superior to Roomba ... I found a website where an engineer disassembled both and there was no question the better design of Bobsweep), and there was no security issue https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/25/technology/roomba-irobot-data-privacy.html it freaked me out that the CEO of Roomba would want that information. This is not a diss on Bob, because it is true for all vacuum robots, you will need to block off some areas they get stuck on or in, like an odd chair or couch or some bottoms of our kitchen areas, but that doesnt bother me because I let Bob run to do most of the work and then finish with a vacuum. It just saves me a ton of time. We have so much pet hair that if we go too many days between, it can fill up Bob and I now know when to double check and empty Bob. I'd buy a Bob again, no problem.

We’ve had the bOBsweep Per Hair Plus for a year and it cleans as programmed, three mornings a week. We are always amazed with the amount of fur it gathers in an hour. Recently, we contacted the company as the plastic “gate” in the cleaning bid had come off and was lost In the trash when dumping the dust. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that a replacement bin was covered under warranty! We checked to see if any other maintenance parts were needed after a year of regular use and were assured that all is good. Great product and customer support.

I have the original Bob for pets but since I have a two story home, I . decided to purchase a second one for the upstairs. I purchased this one and must say it works like a charm! Easy setup but a lot more features than the original. For the past week or so that I have used it, it seems to work on par with the original, maybe a little better suction and determination of where it is in the room. I haven't tried out the mop feature yet but I am excited to test that out! My fluff is still terrified of the moving vacuum but it is pretty entertaining and great workout for her to chase it around!

After doing a lot of research on robot vacuums, I chose the bObsweep Pet hair Plus model. It has exceeded my expectations. It runs for about an hour fully charged. I put it in a room, close the door and let it do its job. It gets under the bed and furniture and is especially good on pet hair. When it's completed the run, it finds it way back to the charging base. For the money, this is a great value. It cleans just as well as some other well-known brands. The company also has a great warranty and stands by its products. I highly recommend the Bob

I was always skeptical of these small vacuums but I took a chance on one and it exceeded my expectations. I have dark walnut hardwoods and two white dogs so we swept at min 3 times daily this thing has us only doing minor touch up every two days that's how good the performance is. Another unexpected bonus when you by a Bobsweep is the personal customer service personnel that proactively contacts you, sends you complementary extra parts etc... I have never experienced customer service as exceptional as they are on any product or service in my life.

I have had this vacuum for many years and it still runs great. I am very happy with it's performance and capabilities. I recently needed a new dustbin and the customer service team was super helpful and even followed up to make sure everything was working as expected. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this for my wife and she actually loves it she doesn’t have to mop and sweep anymore The Bob does it or what I like about it we can go to work in the morning set it and then forget it come home to a nice clean floor. Took a while for my Minpin to get used to it LOL they have great customer service if something is wrong they gave it 100% to help you fix the problem so I gave them A+ plus for the service. Had it for six months so far good no problems yet.

The bobo sweep works great we had a problem with it and had to send it back i have never had the expert sevice that i had they sent me a free label to send it back they emailed me every day till they received it and sent it back thay treat it like they are operating on it i got it back and it runs great they even email you to make sure everything is ok with i highly recomend the bobo

Overall it is a good product with the picking up dirt particles. The only downfall to this product is that the battery does not last long at all. Even after it is fully charged. I have not used the mop portion of this product.

This is my first robo vac and I am super impressed with the design and quality. It has helped me tremendously around the house and is extremely user friendly. I now have more time to do other things rather than vacuum. I have a dog with long hair who sheds a good amount and bobsweep pet hair plus has been able to handle vacuuming her fur. I highly recommend this product

I purchased my Bob sweep almost 2 years ago, I LOVE him. I had a few issues with him and their support team had him up and running in not time. I have 2 goldens and 3 grandbabies, and 1 messy husband! He is perfect. I would highly recommend.
