Fantastic vacuum! But its not really a mop. The mopping piece is just wetting a cloth and attaching it to the bottom. It mops for a few feet or until the cloth dries up. I returned it and purchased one with a water tank for continous mopping.

Best purchase ever! I have had my bObsweep PetHair Plus Robot Vacuum for 3 years and 2 months now. It is fantastic! I have a Border Collie that has very fine hair that is about an inch and a half long and she sheds 365 days a year. My bObsweep keeps our carpets and hard floors clean with no effort from me. I put him on a schedule so every day we come home to a clean house. This is a Godsend for my allergies! Their customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. I called customer support a couple of times with questions and the responded quickly with the right answers. They also followed up with me to check that my questions were completely answered and that the answers provided the expected results. Finally, 37 months after purchase when something on Bob went wrong and he had no suction, they fixed it for free, even though he was a month out of warranty. When Bob came back, he was like brand new. I would recommend a bObsweep robot vacuum to anyone who wants to keep their floors clean pushing a vacuum.

Great vacuum. Cleans and picks up even more dirt and dog hair right after vacuuming with my regular vacuum. Excellent cleaning power. Very pleased. Worth every penny.

The battery die quickly. Dont clean very good. Get stock everywhere.

First of all we had the competition by far this is much better. Keep Floor and carpet super clean.Customer service (Gabe) Is one of the best customer service people I’ve talk to great asset to their company. The Bob runs clean and smooth. Loves to do his job. Highly recommend

It’s working great and it’s very useful to me and my family. It has a great suction with a powerful battery supporting it. It finds its way all over and cleans up all the hair on my carpet.

This is my second BoB, and l love them both! Makes a huge difference in keeping kitty fluff and dust under control every day, with minimal efforts on my part. Thank you bOb!

We have three dogs and two kids to look after so when we can rely on bob to sweep the floor for us, it’s a big help. The kids also love watching him roam around the house.

This is a magnificent piece of machinery!!! I had wanted to purchase one for the LVP in my new digs but was skeptical. Amazing what it picks up and fascinating to watch it go to work. I have witnessed Bob maneuver in and out of a tight corner with an end table and heat vent and yet turn & retreat at the top of stairs. I am never going back to antiquated push vacuums! Ps....Daniel and the CS crew at Bob’sweep are the best!

I brought my Bobsweep for a christmas gift! He worked great at first then about 5 days later he showed a code that there was a problem with the bin tray. I contacted the company and the service was excellent. They paid shipping to send him to them and return him to us after servicing him. He works wonderful now! We have to large german shepards and a cat so there is plenty for bob to pick up after! It's nice to come home from work and just press the go button! Absolutely love him!

I love my little guy. He really does a great job! I have had no issues.

Bought this for my pool table. I also have two more for the house and it does an excellent job! Only negative is it struggles to find the charging base once it's done cleaning. Never tried the mopping feature so not sure how well it works but overall a fantastic vacuum!

Not what I expected Does not pick up much , a swifter vac dies the same and it costs 30 dollars

"Robert" does a fantastic job vacuuming up cat hair and cat litter. It amazed me. He does get lost in the legs of the dining room chairs though.

I like watching hin clean and controlling it. Hes like an rc car that cleans. I nicknamed it boom-bob after a video game robot (Valorant).

Does mot do well on German Shepherd hair and gets caught on every rug no matter how thin. I would not recommend

This is my second Robot vacuum, they are both awesome but when it comes to suction power bobsweep rules!

Doesn’t clean well. Hits the wall a lot. Also leaves dust behind.
