This is the first robot vacuum I have owned and I was not very pleased with it. Ultimately, I ended up returning this item because of this performance. Admittedly, I did not research many vacuums very thoroughly. I got this on a daily deal for about $200 so I gave it a try on a whim. My main complaint is that it doesn’t pick up things that are in its path. It’s main function, to vacuum, was lacking. I would watch it run over various debris and leave it behind. I also didn’t find it efficient at not going over the same spot over and over. It would clean for about an hour and only certain sections would have been vacuumed. I will be in search of a vacuum that is much more intuitive and won’t just go over the same places over and over.

I was anxious to buy a robot vacuum, but I was a bit disappointed when I got this machine. It is a bit loud, and it gets stock easily. I need to wait for the next generation which I think will be smarter.

I really like it it gets the job done stops and stations it self . I like it !

Bob is great, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone with or without a pet in the house. I have two cats, but it's no problem for Bob to clean the floor. It perfectly cleaned our wooden floor. The battery lasts a long time, and we don't even have to worry about charging it; it will go back to the charging port once the battery is low. Dustbins contain a decent amount of dust and hair, but you have to clean them a few times if you have many pets. Customer service is amazing; they are responsive, professional, and willing to help you. Overall, a great product.

not a bad machine, but we have several throw rugs that it has trouble with. also, several furniture pieces that doesn't let it move freely. with it being round getting into corners is a problem. i may need to return it. would recommend if space is open.

Works great on tile and carpet. Picks up hair and small dirt. I absolutely have no complaints. It’s a great help when you have two full grown German Shepherds and a puppy. With them going in at out as they please gets my tile full of dirt and dust and hair. I was amazed the first time I used it and so far have zero complaints.

Picks up even small crumbles... a lightweight vacuum with a mind of its own. Please do not watch it work, it will not go the direction you want it to go. Best purchase for a nonsense cleaning tool. You can set the timer for everyday and it follows directions with no issues.

I'v been using it. It cleans the floor I'm happy with it. I plan to buy another one as a gift.

I bought this vac to see how it would do. It works pretty good when it doesn’t get stuck under furniture. We are still in the process of setting up our house that was just moved in to. It does pick up a lot of stuff including cat and dog hair. That’s what we hoped it would do. I haven’t used the mop feature yet so I can’t give a review on it.

I had high hopes for this vacuum, but it fell short in quite a few ways and didn't warrant keeping even though I got it at such a good price. The first time I ran it, I came back to find it hanging over the first stair with its back wheels spinning in the air which was my first indication this may not be a great purchase since the ability to sense stairs is basically job # 1 with these vacuums. Frustratingly though, it doesn't shut off when it gets stuck. It keeps spinning until the battery dies, which means that if you don't get to it quickly you'll end up having to wait the few hours to re-charge it to finish the job. I have a cheaper robot vacuum I've used downstairs for a while now and this is a feature of that vacuum; you'd think it should be a feature of all. The next time I ran it, I kept it to just my bedroom. I came back to find it stuck under a nightstand (no big deal, I realize getting stuck happens), but due to the fact it doesn't shut off when it gets stuck, it kept spinning its wheels into my carpet for a long time. This left divots that aren't coming out easily; I may actually need to run a carpet cleaner over it to get them completely out. Included with the vacuum is a block where you can create a barrier if you wish. The setup is supposed to be easy; hold a button on the block while turning on the vacuum. Easy peasy. Except, it isn't syncing at all. I thought perhaps it was already synced and that's why it wasn't appearing to sync, but that was soon defeated when it went right by where I set the barrier up. This has honestly been one of the bigger disappointments I've ever purchased. The small robot vacuum I have for the hardwood downstairs is miles better despite being 1/3 the price.

Well priced feature rich vacuum. The vacuum can get stuck in larger transition pieces that take it off 3 wheels but in general it has done well. It hasn’t found its home base to recharge every time but I believe I haven’t set up something properly. It is About as loud as a normal Vacuum but good suction as well. Overall nice vacuum.

Bob is not always smart. He gets stuck a lot. I have to be home when running him for reasons stated. He does however make it possible to do 2 things at same time& he gets into corners and along walls beautifully.

Very happy with my new bobsweep. I have an 8 yr old golden retriever and though you may not see the fur in the carpet...you know it is there! I had this product delivered and to my surprise it arrived early. Very easy to figure out. Great instructions. As a senior citizen I had no problem with the set up.

Erick helped me so much giving me my pick up order even minutes after closed, and i was about to leave but he was looking all around to see if i was still there, YOU ROCK MAN! vacuum is great too, find the way to use it properly, of you don't like it, you didn't know how to use it because this robot is pretty powerful.
