I love this vacuum. I have never used the mop function but with multiple dogs this is a must have. I have a lot of tile floor and very little carpet and this works great on both. I also have a iRobot vacuum and this vacuum work so much better. It has a remote so I have the ability to control it and change the sweep mode. It also came with multiple other accessories. I will only by this brand of vacuum going forward. This has exceeded my expectations.

I am so thankful that I got this. I have 3 inside dogs that shed like crazy and this helps me not have to vacuum several times a day

I highly recommend it. It cleans well, and is very user friendly. The instructions included help a lot. I would buy it again.

Bob’s wheel had an issue I called the company and spoke with Gabe. He gave me a couple of options I chose to have a new wheel shipped to me and replace it myself. Gabe sent the wheel and a video of how to replace it. Gabe followed up with me to make sure Bob was properly doing his job. I said yes Bob is working hard again. Excellent experience with the company.

We love our Robi. He has been very helpful for when we are at work. We are getting one for our daughter for Christmas.

Overall it gets stuck under or over everything might return

This is a little bit more complicated to use, it does many things but it works very good.

Deep clean mode picks up so much dust and pet hair. I was really impressed after a few weeks of it running 3 days a week it was sill picking up a lot of hair. Like any other robot vacume it gets into all the areas that you don't really pay too much attention to and has a dust sensor to make sure it covers high traffic areas as much as they need. The UV bulb is a really unique feature that I love. The house smells so much cleaner. SO why only 2 stars? My biggest problem is that the path blocker, which you can set up to ensure it stays out of a room or area like a thick carpet. This goes to sleep after 3 hours. For me that means my Bob gets stuck under my desk almost every time it runs. Other than this I like the remote control feature so I can do touch-ups in specific rooms.

Great vacuum for the price. Not sure I would purchase this vacuum if it sold for its “suggested retail” price of $899 however.

This vacuum works good for keeping things fairly clean, but it is not a replacement for actual vacuuming or cleaning. It doesn't get into the corners real well.

I like it but is not what we Ware specting,got stock alot and battery only work for 25 minutes

This robot vacuum works ok. It tends to get suck on floor transitions and the sensors can’t detect where it is. Also, the Roomba vacuums in a pattern and leaves nice lines in the carpet, this copycat vacuum doesn’t. While I paid a lot less for this than a roomba, the original price was much the same. I’d sooner spend the extra money for a quality robotic vacuum.

This is a great vacuum just a little on the bulky side.

I just got this and trying figure out how to operate it , it is not as easy as the other brand I got from Best Buy! But I love the price !!!!

Good product if you buy less than 200$ cleaning is average stuck at corners very often so need manual attention

I purchased this bObsweep to supplement or replace an ECOVACS Deebot. I’m a little miffed that this robot cannot handle the same area that the Deebot can do with relative ease. If the bObsweep hits an area rug it will stop with a brush error. If it tries to go over a threshold, it will stop with a brush error. If it runs over a cable or zip ties - yup, another brush error. The app only contains copies of the documentation; you cannot control the robot with the app. This robot excels so long as the area it is working in is well defined. This means that you must wall off areas to keep it where you need it to clean. If the robot deviates it may stop with a brush error. I would be very upset it I paid the $600 difference between this robot and my ECOVACS Deebot. I didn’t. I got this one on sale. The big difference is that the bObsweep includes a set of consumables and a battery powered electronic fence. However, I still find my Deebot was a much better purchase for a lot less that the retail price of the bObsweep.

With 3 dogs, one knows the amount of pet hair being left behind. Not anymore with my new bobsweep & mop.

Works well. Love it. It vacuumed and the mop attachment helps. Still have to mop every week but this helps.

This vacuum is quite noisy and I have to babysit it so that it would not bump into furniture although it has a bumper.
