Still trying to figure this out on to keep it or return it. Works on tile floors but will get stuck on area rugs. Don't know if this will fit our needs. I will need to see if I can program it to fit our needs or return. Got it on deal of the day for a great price, but still may return

Let me clarify that I bought this primarily for the mopping option. The mop pad is really small and I feel like I would have to swap it out in the middle of cleaning (approx 1400sq ft). Compared to the bobsweep pet hair vision that I have, this one is time-consuming to program. You have to turn it off manually, can't leave it on the charger and on for an extended period of time. It's a lot 'taller' than the pet hair vision. I will be returning this one. I can't speak to how it would work on pet hair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the bobsweep pet hair vision, however. I've had that one for about 10 months and use it daily! It has a 20oz dustbin and picks up pet hair really well.

Bought this product due to the price, $199. Worked fine for the first 2 months and have had issues with it after. I am in the process of sending this back. I also have a Roomba which is a year older and is still working fine. I would stay away from this product.

Doesn't do the job I expected. It constantly gets stuck.

We love Bob. He does amazung job sweeping up the dog hair on our floors. He is super easy to use

This vacuum wasn't really all that great. It kept getting wedged under the kitchen cabinets. I would say that the vacuum was fair at picking up dirty, but definitely not excellent. I ended up returning it and getting something else.

Unless you want a machine to repeat the same “v” pattern at a volume level that you can’t talk over keep looking and definitely buy something else!!!

I like the vacuum mode but would like a better mopping mode. The mopping is very minimal

Love my Bob, this is my second one the first one still works but a little slower at getting the job done. This one is much improved, it even tells where there is a problem. Love love love it

We are so thankful that “Bob” has joined our home! He is efficient and we enjoy watching him work! He is great and ridding is of dog hair!

Absolute Garbage, gets stuck everywhere, didn’t run half the programmed days you name it. Put it this way should of been a red flag when they are constantly 50%+ off Deals of the Day all the time. Returned on day 13

Gave as a Christmas gift after reading reviews I purchased one for my daughter and she is very pleased with the product
