It works, better then I expected. Picks up sand too!

Seems to vacuum up better than our canister vacuum. It vacuums for about an hour, then eventually gets back to it’s base. It always seems it won’t get back, but it does. The remote is a good thing. It enables us to vacuum an area that might have been missed. Our dog is ok with it.

Love Bob im amazed at how good the vac works. I got a killer price on it ... it arrived in less than a week. Im glad I purchased Bob pet pro . So easy to operate. I recommend the purchase

Love it!! Really gets around well and does a thorough job. A little loud but there’s a big punch in that little vacuum. Can’t afford full price but got it on sale and worth every penny.

Had to take it back. It just bumped around in circles and could not locate it's own base.

The filter is no good on this unit. It picks up a lot of debris but if its fine it just passes through and get spit back out into the air.

Works great. It does a great job with the vacuum. The moping features are alright. But overall it makes my everyday life easier

I got this product at a steep discount, which seems to be the norm - as if the $900 original price tag is just a lie to make it look like it's a great sale. Anyway, for the price I paid, it's okay, but still no better than my other robot vacuum - which is literally the cheapest on the market. Here are a few examples of its mediocrity: - It's much taller than other robot vacuums (so it can't get under lots of furniture) and is super loud. - As it returns to charge, it omits a very annoying and constant beeping sound. And it takes forever to find the charging station. I usually put it out of its misery and move it if I'm around. Half the time, it doesn't seem to charge even when it says it is. - The "mopping" feature is about as basic as it could possibly be. It's literally just a cloth that it drags behind the suction area. You have it keep wetting the cloth yourself every 5-10 minutes because there's no spray function. And it doesn't apply much pressure so there's no "elbow grease." It's better than nothing, but just okay. - The box that it includes, with infrared sensors to block it from going past lines, also works just okay. For one thing, depending on the angle you want to put it at, the vacuum sometimes has to push past the box in order to reach the sensor. So, that defeats the purpose. But anyway. All in all it is fine for the price we actually paid, but if they're going to put an absurd "original" price that no one would ever pay, than it deserves to be held up to that standard. If this thing actually had cost $900, there is no way on earth I would have kept it.

Great product quiet and efficient. Has a problem going over rugs

This thing wanders around aimlessly, gets stuck, rolled around for 45 minutes trying to go to it’s charger until I got annoyed and brought it near it. It’s constantly ramming things very hard and overall I recommend getting the “vision” version because for $900 this robot vacuum is absolutely terrible. You can get a much better one for $500 or less.

Didn't work out if the box, bad sensor and wouldn't charge completely

but it simply wouldn't go everywhere I need the device to go (it would get stuck or get caught between chairs etc). I have a smaller apartment with lots of furniture so in the bobsweep defense it probably would work better in larger more open floorplans--it is well made with lots of features and it did vacuum well but it just didn't fit with my place

Has a hard time charging and going in the charging station

Died just after the return widow. It seems to get lost and stuck, even in the little of the room, poor logic will clean the same spot multiple time and completely miss other spots. Super loud. Not worth it at any price 800, 200 or free. But like I said above, not it does nothing. Completely dead.

This device is better than advertised it is hands down one the best investment i have made in a long time

Cleans all different types of flooring -- carpet and hard wood

Ran well for 2 monrhs. Then started having issues with charging. Finally stopped working. Was a battery issue.
