I own a Roomba, a PowerBOT and the newest, which is this robot. It does a very good job of cleaning. The remote is very helpful, but could be more intuitive when using it to manually go L, R, F, B. Of the three, it's the best remote for controlling 'scheduling'. It's not quiet. However, its power is worth the sound, at the right time. Another reviewer indicated they turned it on when leaving the house. Solution... :) The UV light is VERY nice to have with cats (/pets) and in turn there are areas that I feel more comfortable having been cleaned with some disinfection. The mop feature has yet to wow me, but I may need some practice with it. It has a side-sweeping spinner, which is something I would encourage for anyone looking for a robotic vacuum. I will admit, I felt like a member of the 'family' when "bOb" sent me Lindors as a 'Thank You'...

Awful. I had such high hopes for this. Went about 1 foot and would just turn around and go 1 foot again. Just kept on doing the same back and forth motion over and over.

The BObsweep Pethair Plus is a decent product. The BBosweep seems to have a extremely random pattern. Sometimes it is very effective, sometimes it’s not. The BBobsweep is also just a little too tall and frequently gets stuck under the dishwasher. When it’s pattern is working, it picks up quite a bit of pet hair and dirt from my tile and hardwood floors. The customer service is second to none.

I received my Bob for Christmas. While we have had some issues, he is working great now and I am amazed every day with the amount of dog and cat hair he finds. I also have to do a shout out to Gabe Aguilera, Customer Success Lead. Gabe has stuck with me over the past couple of months, checking in frequently, regarding my Bob's performance. I can not say enough about their customer service. They are awesome. Now my Bob does have some issues with getting lost, confused and stuck, but I believe that this is totally understandable. Overall I love my Bob and am glad that he takes care of the pet hair in my house.

I've had several Roombas over the years but took a chance getting a bObsweep PetHair Plus since it had a bigger bin to pick up more pethair. So happy I did! I have 4 dogs and Bob works hard and does great picking up ALOT of dog hair! The diagnostic test is great too as Bob has gotten stuck a few times on throw rugs so I was able to figure out if something wasn't working right. Customer service is very responsive and easy to work with if you have any questions or issues!

This is my first ever robot vacuum and its my favorite gift iv ever received. We use this vaccum on our hardwoods to clean up pet hair from 3 cats and a dog and it’s been a life saver. I like to have it run every morning while I’m home just Incase it gets stuck. Iv only ever had an issue with it getting stuck under our dishwasher but other than that it moves freely across a few small rugs. I love that when the battery gets low it will go charge itself (it takes a little bit of searching but eventually it does make it there). Bob is easy to clean and overall a great addition to our house!

I've been hesitant about purchasing one of these until my sister had rave reviews. I finally purchased one & could not believe how much hair & dust it had cleaned off of my rug & wood floors. I used a regular vacuum & clearly it was not enough. I also love the UV feature since I have cats & am constantly cleaning. I did have a problem with the first one, returned it to Best Buy & they sent me a replacement with no issues. Also, Bob's customer service is amazing. It's a great addition & at a good price. I have recommended this model to everyone I know.

One of the worst products I ever bought from BestBuy. This vacuum does moves randomly anywhere. I am returning this.

Got stuck under chair and wheels burt carpet. Its got stuck before but this time it ruined carpet

This vacuum does a great job picking things up from dust to cat litter to cat hair. The company also has excellent customer service if you have any questions or problems. I also like the laser light that allows you to block off an area. My only complaint is that “Bob” doesn’t always cover the whole room. I sometimes have to use the remote feature when he’s done to cover areas that he’s missed. I’ve had mine for almost two years and the battery is still going strong.

I would like to give 5 stars but the vacuum is a little loud. The suction is fantastic though! I also have a shark stick vac and this has much better suction on my throw rugs. Runs a long time on a single charge, too! I had an issue with the motor and the customer service was great! They replaced the whole unit! Definitely a great purchase!

broke within 3 months very mild use hardwood floor the bin doesnt give contact anymore so it wont run.

Ran 3 times then died. No lights ect Did all diagnostics on troubleshooting Nothing Sitting on shelf

PetsHair+ (Charcoal): Love our BOB! Initially considered a luxury purchase for our home with 2 Scottie Terriers and a free-roaming rabbit, until we used it once! Now a staple! When emptying our canister vac’s HEPA bag, there was always a lot of hair and dust, and an hour after vacuuming, the floors looked dirty again. The first few days we ran BOB 3x/day, emptying the dustbin afterwards and being amazed at all the hair and dust BOB picked up. Our berber carpet is noticeably cleaner – less hair caught in the fibers. Features we love: !!!EFFECTIVE!!!, easy to use, self docking, easy to empty dust bin, seamless movement between flooring (laminate, carpet, vinyl), streamlined design and look, easy weekly maintenance (minutes), optional resume features (docks, charges, vacs, repeat). Loved all the extras included: 2nd main brush, 2 side brushes, 2nd mop cloth, screws and more. We haven’t used the remote yet as batteries were not included. Parts are available if anything wears out – would be very easy to replace. One of our dogs has an immune disorder, which prompted us to consider this purchase. Shop around for sale prices…we paid $250 vs. $899. Highly, highly recommend this product!!! and we rarely take time to write reviews. BestBuy's warranty is ridiculously high in cost, so we didn't opt to pay for this extra.

I love this vacuum! I’ve had it for about 10 months now and it makes my life so much easier. I have 3 dogs; one is a German shepherd that sheds like crazy. I run this vacuum once a day (occasionally twice a day) and it keeps up with all of the shedding and the dirt that my dogs track inside. Also, the customer service is excellent. I had a problem with one of my wheels and just assumed it wouldn’t be covered by the warranty after bad experiences with OTHER warranties. I ordered the incorrect replacement part so I had to contact customer service. They responded quickly, corrected my mistake, and also proactively told me that the part was still covered through the warranty. It was an easy fix. I was surprised by how great the customer service was. I definitely recommend this vacuum and company!

Awful awful awful so not worth the money I returned it

The first time I used him, I couldn't figure out why he would make a straight line sweep where there was one. He turned around in a strange pattern repeating it several times before moving on. He never finished the kitchen dining room area before he turned and went into the living room. I picked him up a couple of times to get him where I wanted him, but that didn't work very well. The second time I use it, I removed all my throw rugs. He didn't climb the fatigue mats in the kitchen, so I got everything out of his way. I went off to my office to work, so I don't know what he did in that part of the house. Next thing I noticed he was in the back of the house in my bedroom. It has a very low shag carpet that he cleaned quite well but never went into the master bath or into my office. He found his docking station this day. Yay! The 3rd time I started him, he went through part of the kitchen, and into my living room. He got stuck in front of my tv stand and never backed away or turned around. Shortly after that, he died there. Right where he got stuck. He never went the 10 feet or so back to his docking station. That was his last chance. He did pick up pet hair when he ran around, he just was not good at knowing where to go. After he died, I sent him back to get buried. It was sad. If I ever get another one, it will be one with a memory for navigation.
