I LOVE my Bob! Having (3) dogs, (1) cat and fostering dogs for local rescue groups, I ALWAYS have pet hair in my home. Bob does a fantastic job of cleaning it up and I especially like the way he travels under my bed where the pups often sleep. I have been using him for about a year now and the house is not only visually cleaner, it also smells and feels cleaner. I always thought of a robotic vacuum cleaner as a luxury but as a pet owner I think its a necessity and this one is fantastic. In a year I have only had one small issue (hinge on the dust pan door broke) and the customer service I received was outstanding! Bryan Nguyen not only immediately shipped me out a COMPLETE new dust pan, he has also followed up three times to make sure the unit is working perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit based on it's performance and customer service received. Well done, Bob!!!

I bought the Bob PetHair Plus, Rouge in 2017. I have had it for that long and treat my BOB SWEEP with care. When I have problems or questions, the Customer Service folks with BOB SWEEP are wonderful! I have had BOB in for a checkup a couple of times, and I always get all new tools to help BOB be the best he can be! They give me hints and tips if I cannot find how to use BOB SWEEP to do a particular task. I do use the online videos too. SOmetimes BOB was hanging up on my carpet edge and I had to give him a slight bump. I realized recently that was due to a battery that was waning. He was not running long before he needed a nap! So I contacted Customer Service as I did not want to leave BOB SWEEP ailing and in such poor condition. He is a member of the family now! They immediately helped with get a new battery and now BOB is happy and perky. He sweeps longer and better! Bob does sometimes get caught under a chair or under the cabinets. I gently pull him out and he is on his way again! I think Bob is happiest when I clean him out often. That way, his sensors, his brush, and his whole demeanor improve and I do believe BOB can whistle while he works! I do like the various modes of cleaning and often I try a couple of them out while BOB SWEEP is running. My favorite is the wall track, but on my carpet, I may use the Waffle track. BOB SWEEP is used in combo with my vacuum, as I do have some really plush carpet in my den and office. I use BOB SWEEP for the first pass, and if I want to get the carpet SUPER CLEAN, I then use my vacuum. So BOB has a friend and they work as a team!

This is the worst robot vacuum I have ever had. Returned it.

I really like the performance of this vacuum, but after only having it for two months it completely stopped working/charging. I had to mail the entire unit back in to have it repaired. It was returned to a couple weeks later. It seems to work now, but came back programed to turn on at 3:00 AM which woke my sleeping family. I cannot figure out a way to cancel automatic cleanings. I can only change the time.

Cleans very well, I just turn it on while im doing other things and it goes to work. I had one problem with it not starting up, called customer service and sent it in and it came back problem free. Only complaint i have is that it is very loud. no issues other than that.

Bob picks up pet hair extremely well. It does not have mapping capability, but does a good job. Wish it was a little quieter, but it is not objectionable. Works well on both our carpeted floor and hardwood flooring.

I actually like vacuuming, so handing the chore to a bot wasn't my first idea. However it is nice to have some work getting done while I do other tasks. The Bobsweep does a really solid job on the carpet and hard floors. The design of the main brush seems to get a lot of dust and hair, and the rubber flap behind it does a good job fluffing the carpet. I did have an issue with the bot, but bobsweep service worked hard to troubleshoot it, and then had me send it in for repair under warranty. The unit came back better than new. The unit is a bit quieter than my main vacuum, and usually picks up stuff the other vacuum misses. Lots and lots of doghair

Our first Bobsweep kept stopping with an issue with the main brush. After corresponding with Gabe at Bobsweep, they sent out a replacement and our second Bobsweep worked great. This vacuum thoroughly deep cleans our large living room/kitchen. We have 3 dogs and use it every night. It picks up our German Shepherd's hair and gets right up against the baseboards. This is the best purchase I've ever made, as it frees up so much time and now I have a clean floor! I haven't tried the mop yet, but am sure it will work just as well.

I’ve had this bobsweep for a whole year now and I couldn’t be happier. It gets the job done! This is a great company from the customer service, the tech department and the bobsweep is second to none! I am a proud customer and would recommend this bobsweep to everyone. Easy to use! Easy clean up and great results! He cleans the floors like no other, when he is finished the flood literally shine. (I use him on hardwood floors mainly) words honestly can’t describe how much bob is loved! He’s become part of the family, and I don’t think he’ll ever be replaced! Hands down a great vacuum!

This is my first ever robot vacuum and I don't know what I was waiting for. First of all, this is very well made. Very sturdy and powerful. I have used it on my carpet and hardwood floors and it's a game changer. It does make noise but my son slept through it, so it is not LOUD. You have multiple settings, from 15 minute quick vacuum to intense levels. Plus it comes with a mop. Yes a mop feature. So it will mop your floors as well! I mean, talk about b1g1!!! You will not regret this guy. Mr. Bob, thank you!

I love this product. I use it daily the only downfall is that I spend a lot of time cleaning it and unclogging it because it tends to fill up quickly and stop working. The sensor's also need to be cleaned Often . Customer service specifically Gabriel, he has been exceptional. He was very efficient, accommodating and followed up on every E mail or phone call. Over all I am pleased with Bob sweep and the customer service that they provided. Best Buy did not provide good customer service. I did not receive the product that was advertised on the website I received something completely different and Bob sweep was able to fix the mistake .

Love, love, LOVE my new bObsweep!! It has simplified the cleaning process and cut down on the pet hair + dander, helping to relieve our indoor allergies. The remote streamlines the process, and helps control bOb around all the little feet running across our rooms. Now when company is dropping by for a visit, I can get the coffee brewing and snacks ready instead of running like a mad woman for the vacuum. So grateful to bObsweep for an amazing product that cleans, keeping our mess to a minimum while we’re busy making memories.

this is a wonderful addition to our home. i have it running upstairs and i don't have to think about it again. i have programmed it to run each day at a certain time, it runs, then finds its way back to the charging station. it's easy to use, cleans great, has sensors so it doesn't fall down the stairs. if, by chance, you do have an issue, their customer service is amazing...they are responsive, follow through and follow up on how things are going. Truly the best customer service i have received, EVER! Highly recommend this product.

I have been dying for a robot vacuum for years. I have 2 dogs and there is always dog hair everywhere. After having a baby I wanted something I could leave downstairs and could turn on at night after everyone was in bed. Really I just wanted something so we could minimize having to vacuum daily ourselves. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this product worked. I was also excited that it was less expensive than other pet hair robot vacuums. I recommend this product for sure.

I was very skeptical when it came to trying out a robot vacuum. I did not think it would be able to actually clean my carpet like my regular stand up vacuum, but Bob changed my mind! The robot vacuum was super simple to set up, and I love that it does a great job so that I can check one more thing off of my todo list. My mom was here visiting over the Holiday and she was obsessed and is buying one for herself!! The best part I would have to say is the remote feature!

We have been very impressed with Bob! The suction power is awesome! We have two dogs, and the amount of pet hair Bob cleans up is amazing. The trash bin is literally full every time Bob runs a daily cycle. We did have an issue with the battery after a few months, however we contacted customer service and they made everything right. Sent a new Bob within a few days and he's back up and running better than ever. We can't say enough about how much we love Bob!

To start off, this is my first robot vacuum and my regular vacuum is a Kirby. I have two white German Shepherds and they are indoor dogs so I constantly have to sweat and vacuum my house. Around my kitchen and dining room was the worst part of dog hair. A friend of mine mensioned what a relief it was when she got a robot vacuum so I decided to give it a try. I saw Bob on special and took the chance on him. It was awesome to come home and not a single pet hair on my tile. I read other reviews where they say Bob gets stuck going from time to carpet, but he goes into my living room and I never saw him get stuck in the carpet. He does get stuck under my island on occasion but I’m sure I can fix that. The islands base is just the right height for him to get stuck underneath. Other than that I have no complaints on Bob. When I’m home I look to see what he does and after doing research, I found that they make robot vacuums to follow grid lines. Much more expensive but I can see how that would be so much easier for him to clean. Bob takes a while to get the whole kitchen, and sometimes more than one charge. I’m glad he finds his way to the charger to continue his mission. Totally happy with my purchase and extremely happy with the customer service I received when Bob got sick. I sent him in and they fixed him up and was back to me in no time. Two thumbs up for that.

I purchased this and have a long haired cat expecting to return it and i am absolutely blown away from the performance and not only that the customer service this company provides i know many friends with more popular branded robot vacuums and they are also blown away with bobs performance after i purchased mine 2 other family members also purchased bob as well and could not be happier

Cleans great when he is not stuck. Very noisy. I would purchase a programmable one the next time.My
