Picked up a BobVacuum and it has been wonderful. Recently, i discovered that it is not running as long and I worked with the customer service to diagnose the issue and they even rushed the replacement part to me next day. Bob is back to work again and I really appreciate it each and everyday.

This vac works ok but you really have to be around because it is always getting stuck on something and it can never find its way back to the base.

This is the first robot vacuum I have ever owned and I love it. The vacuum does an awesome job at picking up hair, dirt, and dust off the floor. If you ever need a repair done, they have the best customer service. I would highly recommend this Vacuum over any other one.

Love the BobSweep! It has been a lifesaver for our house! We have 6 cats and I literally run it twice a day. The way it picks up fur and dust is amazing! Two thumbs up on this machine!!

This is the most sleek vacuum! Very efficient picks up every last crumb, piece of dirt, and string of pet hair. Has the best battery life allowing me to clean for 75 minutes straight. Whether you own a home, are renting, or still live with your parents BobSweep PetHair Plus takes time to leave any room sparkling clean. I'm a pet owner and this is essential to keeping the pet hair gone. The storage bin collects a lot of mess without needing to be emptied. Totally recommend the Bobsweep.

Bought for my son who has a 200 lb shedding dog. Of course, I tried it out first. I was amazed at the job done in a short amount of time. Because the dog isn’t crazy about it, he starts it when they go outside for their daily walk and comes home to a freshly vacuumed house.

I realy just love it at first it was a little hard to work with but i got the hang of it real quick and it is totally worth it. In these past holiday weeks my vacuum was my and my kids best friend and definitely a helpful one. So glad i purchased it.

Great customer service. Bob sweep does extremely well at picking up my dogs hair and dust around the house. Had an issue with no sweep going crazy and they had fast, print servicing of my unit.

I don't know what I would do with my bObsweep! I have a dog and cat that leave my wood floors constantly hairy. I upgraded to this vacuum after purchasing a cheaper robot vacuum. The bOb performs well above any other vacuum I have tried! Let's be honest, no robot vacuum is perfect...they are bound to get stuck in some areas. I do have to help bOb out every once in awhile in getting unstuck from tight spaces, but it does a great job at finding it's way back to the charging port. Overall, I love my bOb and hitting "go" and coming back to a clean house.

I had purchased this product about 3 years ago, After a few cleans My Bob had an issue with his sensors. I contacted the customer service rep and I was able to get a replacement for my sensors. I was able to purchase it for 50% off since my Bob was already out of warranty. I really appreciated the customer service Rep who not only emailed me but also gave me a great follow up and made me feel important that I was able to save my Bob and repair him myself. Which was clearly easy by following the Youtube video that was also provided to me. Love my BOB! and especially their Customer Service!

I absolutely love my bobsweep! It’s seemlessly goes from carpet to wood floor to tile.... it’s also great on pet hair as I have 2 cats and a dog! Also bobsweep costumer support is top notch! I recommend this vacuum to anyone that will listen!

I love my bob. I don’t usually recommend items to friends as a rule but bob was an exception to that rule. Bob does such a good job keeping my floors clean of pet hair and dust. I will definitely recommend to more friends!

This product is disappointing. Every time it is left to do its own thing, it heads for around word gets stuck. With the remote control you can steer it into other rooms. It will not clean that room thoroughly, it will try and find its way out to go back to the general area were its home base is. It is worth the sale price. But I would not recommend it at its original price.

Bought this because of the price. We have Corgi's. They shed like crazy. Unfortunately, we also have a lot of corners and tight spots in the house. It is not effective with either. It tends to get stuck around furniture. It was great to save the money but I can do a better job in 5 minutes with a swiller. Wish I'd spent the extra money and bought the Rhoomba.

I was very skeptical to purchase this as the price was intense and I am a broke college student so where I allocate my money is very crucial, especially living in New York! Needless to say, I saved up money to purchase this, and I am beyond happy that I did! Not only does it work BEAUTIFULLY. I have a dog and a cat and I always come home to a super clean floor. The LED sanitizing light and the mopping feature are just an excellent plus! I also love the auto timer so I can set dates/times for it to run while nobody is home! In addition to the vacuum being exceptional, the customer service is equally phenomenal! I had an issue with one of my wheels after the first few months and they replaced it for free. You get a personalized rep that is yours for the entire duration of having this vacuum. They follow up and check in and do everything that an amazing customer experience should deliver. DO NOT HESITATE! So worth it! **I am NOT being paid for this review either -- Just so pleased that I took the time to write a review**

I have owned a bobsweep before, this one is my second one and its by far the best! This thing actually leaves vacuum marks on rugs and carpet and picks up EVERYTHING!

This has decreased my mental load so much! I just set it up on a schedule and overnight it sweeps up all the messes. The stop strips keep it out of the places I don't want. The wet mop attachment is great for maintenence between deep cleans too! Truly been a lifesaver.

Bob is like most people I know named Robert. They don't know when to quit, sometimes this is a good thing sometimes not. Sometimes I just like to watch Bob struggle underneath the couch until his energy runs out. Don't forget, Bob's your uncle

Bob Cant find his charging station when it reaches low battery or even hit “charge” on the remote control. Got upset and not happy with the purchase
