I love it. Set to start everyday at 10am while I'm at work and when I come home my floors are clean everyday

This is a great robot vacuum assistant! I literally just turn it on before I leave to work and when I get home it is in its charger ready to get back to work. Initially it will get stuck in certain areas and move in awkward ways but overtime it will learn the layout and obstacles. I have not had any problem with it not finding its base, just make sure there is space around it. My favorite feature is its remote control. You can maneuver Bob using the directional control which is very responsive and easy to use. Perfect for spot cleaning after dropping crumbs after eating. I have a boxer that sheds tiny hairs all over our floor and this machine cleans very thoroughly. Also this machine has ton of features such as UV, an attachment mop, different cleaning functions, a large dust bin and even comes with extra replacement items (mop, filters main brush and more). Overall this is a great, high quality product that I feel will last a long time.

Our yellow lab sheds constantly. I selected the PetHair Plus due to the larger capacity bin. Glad I did. We have it automatically set to run 3 times a week. The bin is packed after 2nd run. Smaller bins would be full in probably less than 1 run. BOBsweep has great features and setting options. It is also taller than other brands which keeps it from getting stuck under sofas and other types of furniture. Has plenty suction power and maneuvers around objects very well. Also jumps over floor transitions with no problems. Does a good job finding his way back to charging station. Working great for last 2 years. My wife loves not having to vacuum every other day. BOBsweep has become best appliance we have.

We have 3 cats and Bod does an excellent job keeping the pet hair in control.

I had the expensive brand that I bought a couple years ago and was looking for another one for my office to pick up my 2 cats hair but wanted something good without paying a hefty price. This was on deal for 370 and I thought to try and see if it can do the job and I'm amazed. It picks up insane amount of hair and my cats aren't scared of it. It falls short for it's full price tag because it doesn't map the room as well as my first robot but for about half the price it was a steal. Now I just set it to work at night and come to work in a much cleaner office which is great investment considering how much stress it reduced from my constant guilt for not vacuuming especially when I had clients over.

You would think this thing's programming would learn the obstacles in its way, but yet you get it unstuck from just about everywhere and it goes right back to the place that got it stuck. It's just low enough to get stuck under my cabinets, so it's useless in the kitchen. It correctly senses that it has reached the top of the stairs--but instead of going in reverse, it simply stops and says something is wrong with its edge sensors. You spend more time babysitting this robot than it's worth. Sometimes it's like it has OCD and gets fixated on a very tiny area in a large room--and I'm like...dude, that spot on the carpet isn't going to get any cleaner, move on. It is simply faster, more efficient, and a better job to haul the vacuum cleaner out and do it yourself.

I finally decided to try this at the sale price of $249. I bought it to primarily clean my family room wood floor. It just doesn't do it for me. It seems to keep going over the same area and in no certain pattern. I tried all the options. I even spoke with tech support. It also seems to get stuck on too many things. I've had to remove most things from my floors (chairs, plants, cords, etc.) before I use this so it doesn't get stuck. There is no possible way I could have this start on its own and come home to a clean floor. It will end up stuck somewhere. It can't even find its way back to its base. And I placed it in an open area all by itself. I tried using it on my living room carpet and that was terrible. It just made tire tracks like crazy 8s and zig zags. Looked terrible. Had to go back and vacuum it to get the tire tracks out. I'm guessing that all of these Robot Vacuums work the same, not just the bob sweep. These things would probably work fine in a square room with nothing in it. It also works fine if I stand there and control it by the remote. I can keep it from banging into things or getting stuck. Maybe it will do better for you. Mine is now just sitting in the corner. Great investment. Lol.

Bob has been a huge help around the condo. He cleans twice per week for about an hour and picks up the hair from our dog and cat very well. He easily transitions from carpet, to tile, to hardwood flooring. Very easy to use and clean.

My wife and daughter have long hair and wasn’t sure a robot vacuum will handle that and we fallowed our friends advice and went for one when we saw it on deal. It does really well and we are impressed. Some of the hair gets wrapped around the brush which we have to cut and clean occasionally.

I bought this vacuum about 5 months ago and it works very well on picking up all the dog hair from 2 Shepherds. It does only run for about 30-40 mins on deep cleaning cycle but does make the most of its time cleaning. I did have 2 incidents with the vacuum. One where it decided to spread dog poop around. It was a mess to clean but the Bobsweep customer service was excellent in providing videos in how to disassemble Bob and clean all his parts and this did not void the warranty. the other incident was a "bin error" and Bob needed sent back in for repair and once again customer service was excellent and warranty work performed to satisfaction. I am glad I purchased this product and would recommend it.

Bob constantly tries to get stuck under every object. Freeing bob is more labor intensive than vacuuming the floor yourself. This will only work for a home or space that is completely level and free of obstacles

I bought a bObsweep pet hair plus robotic vacuum about six weeks ago. The best way to describe how my family feels about “Bob” is how many times you hear in our house, “Bob, is awesome.” Let me share with you some of the reasons this is true. First, imagine coming down each morning to sparkling clean floors. And you didn’t have to sweep/scrub/vacuum them! Second, this robotic saves wear and tear on your body as it does just about all the work for you. Third, this machine is powerful! I had no idea the pets and bird shed nearly as much as they do until Bob started cleaning up after them. An example, my mother vacuumed with her vacuum, then got a Bob because of how much we love ours, then let Bob do his thing. In one room, Bob was filled with hair. This is amazing, because my third reason I love Bob is the large dustbin that usually lasts many uses. Next, the only accessory I had to purchase separately was the mop attachment. It comes with an electric barrier, “the block”, a remote control, the charger, extra brushes, and even tools to clean and replace brushes. Also, the customer service is amazing. There are videos and most information on the website, but you also get personal attention from the bObsweep company. Questions and comments are thorough, useful, and completely personalized. Lastly, we love Bob because it does a great job of cleaning. It even contains a UV light to sanitize. This was a great purchase.

I bought my bob while ago and wasn’t sure it will work so good and last so long now I’m very satisfied with it and I think everyone deserves a powerful vacuum. I usually don’t bother to put reviews but this one deserves it. Love our Boby!!

We have two dogs and one that sheds. Bob is the perfect vacuum for getting all dog hair including the nit and grit! I love to turn him on when I leave to take my oldest to school. When I return I have clean floors and Bob has put himself back on his dock to charge. If you are looking for something that doesn't forget the little stuff this is the guy for you!

Sometimes it gives me error messages about the left wheel! It should not be doing this already as it has only been used about six times. It does a good job of picking up dirt etc

Bob was given to me as a gift and I LOVE HIM! Our family has 3 large dogs inside and Bob does his thing and cleans all the dog hair up so well! I don’t know what I did before Bob!!! I would recommend Bob to anyone and everyone! Also, not only is BOB great but the customer service and help from Bob support has been nothing but fantastic!
