I purchased this vacuum knowing it will be put to good use with 2 shedding fur babies. Although I dislike not having a wifi feature, it does do a pretty through job in cleaning the area. The “mop” feature needs improvement but the customer service has been impeccable as far as repairs or help needed with the machine.

Bob works great to help with pet hair clean up. He gets stuck which is a con and needs help finding his way home at times.

The first time I have a robot vacuum and love it. Easy to start and set up and does a great job cleaning the pet hair.

This works great as a vacuum. The mop feature is not so great. The vac works quite well. The mop feature is basically you attach a wettened cloth to the bottom of the vac and it runs around the floor. This doesnt do a very good job mopping.

Purchased this on sale for $200; Has great suction, but unfortunately always bumped into things, rarely made it back home, too bulky to fit under furniture. It only lasted up to three weeks then I returned it.

Bob does a great job vacuuming has strong suction picks up more dog hair than my traditional vacuum. I do wish Bob had side brushes on both sides and they were a more substantial. I do need to be home when Bob is vacuuming because he gets stuck when transitioning from the tile to the carpet but it is a learning curve. Bob comes with a remote, extra roller brush 2 side brushes and a mop attachment. I have not tried the mop yet. Over all I'm very pleased with Bob.

This vacuum is AWESOME! I have an Australian Shepherd and he sheds like crazy! Bob is able to keep up! And as an added bonus, bObsweep's customer service is fantastic; they are extremely helpful and able to get you service or accessories quickly & easily.

bObsweep does an excellent job. Be sure to move cords and such that he might get hung up on. I have two large dogs and he sweeps my office everyday now at 11am. I just have to remember to dump his bin. Note, I bought this on a deal of the day and it is well worth $199 I paid. Plus I bought the 4 year protections plan. Not sure I would ever spend full price though.

Excellent!!! Cleans superbly. Got a great deal at Christmas time as it was a gift and was well worth the $200. My daughter has 3 dogs and it picks up the hair well. Saves her time. Only downside was that this one isn’t WiFi compatible but she says the remote Is just as good. She was really happy.

This is a heavy duty robot cleaner. Love it. My only difficulty with it is that at times he gets stuck when going into rooms with a raised carpet. Other than that he's a busy robot in our house. Forces us to get the floor picked up so he can vacuum. It stops whenever something gets stuck in his brush so you don't have to worry about damage. Good battery life and he drives himself back to the charging dock when the battery gets low.

Excellent buy very easy to use, I have a dog and it picks up my dog shedding hair very good.

This is my first Robot vacuum and I bought it on sale for $200. For that price it is a great value! I haven't had any issues with it for the short time that I have had it and the set up was relatively easy. I did take a star away because I need to run it twice sometimes if someone has tracked in dirt on to the carpet from the backyard. It is strong enough, however, for your every day dust and messes it does a superb job at picking up pet hair!

Picks up very good. Seems like battery runs down quickly and takes a while to charge.

Extremely loud compared to other brands. Doesn’t have the capacity to run in large rooms, gets confused and repeats in loops. Started smelling burning smell from it after second use.

If I could leave a review for electronics being just dumb as they can get then I would say this is it. It will do the same room over and over again doesn't understand how to get out, gets stuck under things and then can't figure how to get out like chairs. If you have a loft or a one bedroom apartment this might work, anything bigger and it just aint gonna be able to understand what to do. Also yes I have reset its memory multiple times to see if it helps but nothing works it is just dumb. Only reason why it got 2 stars is because it actually does suck up some stuff when it does that 1 room.

Love this machine! It was easy to set up and use, although I’m still learning how to use the more advanced functions. I have a large, shedding breed of dog, but I only have to empty “Bob” about every 30 minutes. Not a lot different than my ordinary vacuum.

Got it on sale. Does the job without paying a high cost

After a very long time, I finally took the bait. What a mistake. I might start crying if I couldn't return it. I am a veteran Roomba owner and after years of service it finally died. Enter bOb and the 80th time its been on sale for 1/3 of the "retail" price. Roomba kicks tail but they are expensive. I thought after years of letting some of these other makers catch up that surely it might be close . WRONG. Where do i start? Getting stuck on a tiny transition from vinyl to carpet every time ? Seriously? How about running its battery out because it cant back up when there is a shoe on the right, a box on left and a wall in front ?? How about maybe spinning 180 degrees and facing wide open floor and pushing on ? Nope ~ this bOb is perplexed by freaking corners of rooms. Actual vacuuming not terrible . Software BLOWS. It wont continue in a straight line for more than 3 feet. It turns in ridiculous jagged patterns that make zero sense. Don't plan on picking up a thing within 3 inches of baseboard. The sensor will stop it every time . God forbid it goes in a closet... you will find it dead as a door nail , battery dead. Finding the way out by simple directional elimination apparently eluded the programmers of this dud. When the battery gets anywhere near depleted , it better be pretty close and in line of sight or there is -0- chance it finds the charger . I could go on and on . I absolutely know how to use these robots . Pick up in advance, look for anything that could cause trouble then let it go to work . Now I will give another lower cost brand a shot. The standard is high with Roomba and I would happily accept 75% of that smartness for lower cost . Trust me when I say this IS NOT even close. Anybody on here giving bOb a decent review either works for them or simply has no clue about how much better it could be . I've written about 2 reviews in my life. I felt compelled to share the complete ineptitude of this stinker. I would return it if I paid $29 for it! Consider yourself warned......

Great robotic vacuum! We've owned several over the years, going back to the original Roombas. This one is very powerful and I like the UV light feature (though tough to test if it is actually doing anything). One thing though, this vacuum is loud. I mean, most robotic vacuums make noise, but this one is the loudest one I've ever owned. Not a big deal if you set it free and then leave the house.

I say 3 stars because the machine is EXTREMELY LOUD, you cannot hold a conversation while it is on and cannot set it to go off at night because of the suction volume. The suction and cleaning portion is 5 stars!
