this is a handy device and a good value at the pre-Christmas price offered. I tried another brand robot vacuum several years ago that did not impress me. This BobSweep is a keeper. It has a good ability to vacuum small items (won't pick up small plant leaves) It sometimes get's stuck around air vents and chair legs but overall it is a useful tool. Technology has improved greatly over the last few years but still has way to go.

The only thing is it has a hard time getting back to changer sometimes but so worth it .. picks up sand and dog and cat hair great .. love it ..

Wow, Bob is really a hard working guy. He literally knocks chairs out of the way to do his job. The only quirky thing about him is he seems to get stuck in the closet, not sure what that's about. He's great for dry floors and carpets alike, but I took off a star for the mop function that leaves something to be desired. A good buy if you can find it on the deal of the day. I highly recommend him if you have pets.

I ordered this as a gift for my mom since I liked mine so much. She seems to like it, but you have to let it do its own thing and not micro manage like she likes to do! Just make sure to pick up anything that could get stuck before bob runs.

Bob quickly became my favorite life partner. He cleans the floors while I do the laundry. He picks up pet hair and feetprints in one room then moves to picking up my hair off the bathroom floor. He sends himself to bed when he’s tired and only needs my help with emptying his bin and if he accidently picks up nerf bullets or a sock. His remote control is wonderful! It’s fun to watch him do the work I no longer have to do!

My large family of 7 love this product, we use it as both a vacuum and a mop. We live in the county and it cleans up anything brought in from outside wonderfully! The sensor works great and turns around if an object is in the way. Vacuum gets around easily, in and out of any spaces in our home.

Great vacuum, easy use just plug and go. Does great with pet hair. Really nice color.

Only issue is that it keeps getting stuck near things , and if goes in a corner , can't seem to find it's way out, otherwise ok for the price.

This thing is very convenient. It even finds its own own charging station when it's done vacuuming. Battery life is solid and picks up pretty much everything. It does get stuck here and there so if you're not home, it's possible it won't vacuum the area until you reset it. That's my biggest gripe about this product. Otherwise, it'd be a perfect product.

Much louder than my two previous robo vacs but does a good job.

We went with this brand for the fact that it worked well with pet hair. We have four dogs and it performs better than expected.

I returned the two I bought from here since they get stuck on top of stairs instead of turning and going back to vacuum the rest of the floor. I guess the safety is good but the fact that you have to pick it up and restart it and have to do it again a minute later sucks. Also is very loud unlike some of the other models.

This is my 2nd try at a robotic vacuum. I have hardwood throughout the downstairs with some area rugs. The unit does much better on the hardwood than the rugs but it does a pretty good job overall. I have my house for sale right now and the floors are in pretty nice shape all the time with bOb's help. You do need to keep an eye on it though, about every time it gets stuck somewhere on a chair leg or the like and needs to be free.

This is a life saver with 2 large dogs! Saves me so much time! It does occasionally get stuck on things, but overall a great product!

I have 4 large pitbulls in my home and this sweeper works better than I had thought it would with the volume of hair and dirt they track in on my hardwood floors. It also has not caused any spills when it bumps their food/water bowls which is great. We still have to use another vacuum and mop for cleaning every week or two but this is great for reducing the frequency of those.

I absolutely love this thing. Sweeps under the bed & doesn’t roll its eyes at me, lol. Does excellent job, would highly recommend

The bobsweep works well but tends to go in such a random pattern no matter what setting I choose. Therefore it misses a lot of areas, especially in the middle of the room.
