First I got a free upgrae. First time using the Bobsweep it worked great in my bamboo floors. I love the Bonsweep.

Works like a champ. We are very pleased with this.

Works well on hardwoods until it gets marooned on the edge of an area rug ur stuck under a couch. Haven’t determined how to get it to return to its docking station. Usually dies after above mentioned occurrence anyway. My wife read the directions and trouble shooting ideas. Still getting stuck. With no area rugs and high rise stilt furniture, this would get four stars. Missed my 20 day return window.

Haven’t tried using the remote or programming cycles yet. I like the looks of the red machine. It takes 2-3 hours to vacuum our first level and the bin is full or close to it with running it every other day. My daughter has a husky who sheds massive amounts of hair so this is a great help! One downside - It is really loud - I am not noise sensitive but am surprised by the noise level. So loud that I would turn it off if I needed to make a phone call while it’s running. Only had it for a couple of weeks so I am hoping it lasts. So far so good!

The Bob works tremendously. I got lucky and purchased it on a very discounted rate and it has been nothing but great for me. I have had other brands in the past but only had them we’re down quickly or break within weeks or months time. Ironically I have dogs other to your robot vacuums Brooke because they decided they weren’t able to pick up poop. Inside, wasn’t their fault because they’re not supposed to pick up poop, and I roommate at the time unfortunately didn’t really care too much because it wasn’t his and unfortunately Luke to marry expensive vacuum robot Siri I’ve had a Bob for about a month now and it literally crashes in competitors. Excited I get to keep using to help keep my house clean.

Nice look and it does the work. I have a Pug doggy. I needed some help. I just let bobsweep make his rounds then I easily dump the tray. The little bristle sweep you can attach really does sweep and vacuums right up. Remote makes it very convenient.

Love this vacuum so much I bought 2 more and gave them to my kids for Christmas. Now my floors are always clean.

Cleans great, little loud and takes a long time to find the dock.

Bob is great keeps my laminate floors clean, does get caught under couch.

Bob does a good job of cleaning. has a hard time finding his way home. That and random starts when it finishes charging are the minuses. Overall worth the great price I got.

This is an excellent auto vacuum for my home. With hardwood floors and much open space, this is a must have. It works for a long period without a recharge. On average I see it out for about 45 minutes and it does not die on me. I would recommend this for the great price and quality balance.

The unit did a great job cleaning the hardwood floors, but always got stuck on any area rug. Had to return it and the next level bObsweep that was purchased as it had the same problem. Have an older Shark Ion that still does a great job, but is very noisy. Purchased 2 Irobots, 960 and an I3 with self emptying and both reminded me that you get what you pay for. No area rugs, bObsweep will not disappoint. On a budget with area rugs, Shark is the way to go. Want the best, I-Robot...amazing to watch it navigate.

I bought this model at a very discounted price during a flash sale so my expectations weren't too high. Overall, it performed the vacuum part of its function very well however the battery life of this model isn't as good as advertised and I only had this model for 5 weeks before having to return it because the battery stopped charging. I wasn't very happy with that so I can't give it anything but a fair rating.

Does a dream job cleaning. But a little on the loud side

It is used 3 or 4 times a week and since we have three dogs and a cat it picks up a lot of pet hair we just to miss with a regular broom. We are very satisfied with the purchase, we have already recommended it to friends.

Bobsweep is awesome. it doesnt get everything because its like a blind man stumbling around the house but it will get the majority of stuff.

Saves time but does get stuck alot. Would purchase it again.

I've been searching for a robot vacuum that will work in our house. This one is good, but still has fatal flaws. First, it gets stuck on area rugs. It gets up on the rug, but then the wheels are too far off the ground or its body hits the rug and the wheels just spin. Next, we have couches and chairs that have a larger opening at the front and then it narrows down as you approach the back. Bob would get in, get stuck and not be able to free himself, again, lack of traction. They need to give these an ability to 3D map their environment to know where they can't go. Unfortunately, they're not smart enough yet.

it is set to start vacuuming at 8am. It starts, goes about the apartment for a little over an hour and in that time it vacuums three carpeted rooms, and two tiled rooms. We have a longhair cat and it works perfectly. It picks up all hair and then returns to its port to recharge until tomorrow. A great convenience
