The vacuum is excellent at picking up pet hair. I have a German Shepherd that sheds a lot. The only downside is that is has to be emptied out everyday as it does not have a lot of space to store dirt.

We have 2 dogs that shed a lot and bObsweep does an excellent job at picking up loose hair. I just hit the ‘GO’ button and bOb gets to work. Sometimes I will use the remote to steer bOb in tight places.

I purchased and actually returned without using. So can’t give an honest review. In the end didn’t feel like the price warranted the product. Others may find different

It's ok. It gets caught a lot trying to go over very short rugs. I don't hate it but I can't leave it alone or it gets stuck.

I bought two of these as Christmas gifts for my sons and their families. They absolutely love the bObsweep and use it daily. One son has dogs and the other has cats and they brag about its ability to pick up the hair.

The good- it cleans very well and I definitely noticed a difference with my allergies when it comes to my 2 cats and dogs shedding, handheld remote also is a great help The bad-no smart features,app support Make this a lot to be desired

This is a nice vacuum cleaner. I was having problems with error code 02, main brush. I cleaned it according to instructions but soon got the error again. I noticed the side brush was messed up and tangled. It looked like some of the bristles had come off and were tangled in the main brush. I took the side brush off and haven't had any problems since. The mop seems to work on some surfaces but not so good if your tile is not smooth..

No matter how many times I reset the home base it doesn’t return to the charger. I’ve tried multiple spots as well. Remote control is pretty good and fun to use but overall this thing gets stuck way too easily and ends up dead in a corner. Save your $ and buy up to a better brand. I paid under 200 and wouldn’t rebuy for It 100$

It is a great vacuum for cleaning the tiles or wood floor, stucks every time on the rug with fringes or under the furniture and narrow space.

Love my bObsweep. Does a great job, and easy to use. Goes back to the docking station when it needs charged.

My family loves this Vacuum. When we leave the house we just simply turn it on and it helps clean floors by the time we arrive. Our kids enjoy using the remote control. Very powerful and easy to empty tray.

It does a decent job at cleaning so it was worth getting

It takes a while to get used to Bob after having a Rumba, but once you do your homework it is very easy to use and does a great job.

Good concept but it kept getting stuck Under our living room Table and once it’s stuck it would leave marks on our rug.

BobSweep aka Bob aka Knuckles. We received our Knuckles quite fast. We powered him and sent him on his way. He made it over tile, hardwoods, and carpet transitioning beautifully. We wanted to test out how good he really was by sweeping and vacuuming first. After 95 minutes of cleaning, he was done and his bin was full of dirt, dust, paper, and hair. We were shocked at how much we missed and Knuckles had found. Great product at an amazing price.

Not the best. It keeps going underneath the couch even after i block it. It finds a way.

Really noisy, battery fully charge only last 10-15 minutes. And it died before it made back to charging station. Really disappointed.

my wife loves it, and it helps a lot when cleaning the floor of dirt and hair from my dogs.

I like this but you need to have a simple floor plan for it to work well. it bumps in to things a lot and it takes a long time for it to finish.

My first couple months with Bob were great but unfortunately Bob broke down. Id normally stop here and give it one star but customer service was some of the best I've experienced. The repair guides and resources available were also very good. Bob is back up and cleaning. Given the price and excellent customer service it's hard to beat!
