my wife loves it, and it helps a lot when cleaning the floor of dirt and hair from my dogs.

Back to charging station when low on battery. Display big enough to see all info. Does the job mostly. Get a very good deal from Best Buy.

My first couple months with Bob were great but unfortunately Bob broke down. Id normally stop here and give it one star but customer service was some of the best I've experienced. The repair guides and resources available were also very good. Bob is back up and cleaning. Given the price and excellent customer service it's hard to beat!

Works just like its suppose to, nice for it to take off on its own and get the job done, while your bot even home!

Not only did i get one for myself but for my grandmother and mother. its amazing works well with my pets hair because it does not knot up.

Is ok, I bought it in special so is not that bad. Feel sorry for people who really spent 600 for it. It gets stuck in the same places over and over. I feel like doesn't cover everything because is not falling a path. The vaccun is good same as the blue light. Sometimes shows errors and when i check there are no problems to it, so turn off-on and works fine

Would get stuck often, cleaned okay. Not a smart vacuum so it didn’t map out the house.

If I had to choose between this or Roomba, I'd choose Roomba. Bob gets stuck in the kitchen and other fixtures quite easily. He's also noisier but the price for this guy is a bit more reasonable.

I purchased Bob specifically for the daily dog hair, and it works very well. Have it set for auto run every other day and have not seen dog hair in my kitchen/dining area since!

This has cut down on how much I have to vacuum. Just turn it on and it does all the work!!! I love Bob!!!

It does a fair job but it is very loud. I have it in my office and do not use daily.

I love my vacuum. He does a great job and makes quick work of pet hair and car litter that gets tracked out (no matter what I try!). The bonus is the personalization from the company.

Love it. Picks up more than I expected. It does get stuck but that is more my house than the robots fault. It works it's way under the dishwasher front and a few tables.

Works good when working, but for some reason has a hard time holding charge.

Works amazing on both tiled and hardwood floors. Don't have a pet but I'm convinced that it would definitely work with pet hair.

I purchased this item because i have a maltese dog inside the house, this vaccum besides cleaning it get every single dog hair which helps a lot. I recommends this product

I absolutely love this, keeps our hardwood flood clean and I am not constantly sweeping anymore.. 100% recommend it for people who have pets and hardwood floor .

bob does what he is supposed to, when he is supposed to. works well without much supervision. a worthwhile purchase.

This was our first robot vacuum purchase and it was on sale so we figured we would give it a try. Once you open the box, there is still some assembly required. I put everything together and put it on the charging base as stated in the instructions. The next morning the robot still hasn't charged, but the charge light indicates it is still charging. Plug the robot up directly and about three hours later it completed the charge. Now we start the cleaning process which is very loud! We have hardwood floors and a couple of very low pile drop carpets and the robot got stuck on the very first carpet! Picked it up and moved it and when it came back to the carpet it made over, but the side brush stopped working. I was done after this second attempt and bought the Roomba instead and we haven't had a single issue. If you decide to buy this vacuum, I would not run it while I was not at home.
