Works ok just takes too long in one spot and gets stuck

Bob is now a family member. Still have not set up his boundaries - instructions and programming take a bit of thought.

Love it! We have two pets and use this daily to help keep up with the shedding. No need to take out the vacuum every day. Glides over rugs and hardwoods. Definitely helpful!

Vacuum has several patterns for coverage or can be set to auto. Works itself around table legs and corners. Turn it on and let it clean.

Excellent vacuum. So easy to use and works great. Picked up cat hair I didn’t even see.

Works okay. starts on its own which can be nice but waking up at 4 in the morning because of it sucks. tried programming it to only clean at certain times but doesn't help.

Bob is pretty in candy apple red and does the job it's meant to do. The reservoir is huge compared to other models. It's louder than I expected but all in all, I like it!

Found the pethair plus version on homedepot for 237.99 Called for price.. got denied for a reason I do not understand.. supervisor told me that it looks like I'll have to return this one and go to home Depot if I wanted the plus for 237.. I was saddened to be treated like this by BB after all my years of loyal service.. I don't even like home Depot but you guys made me shop there even tho I begged to purchase it from u .... :(

I love it so far. Helps me clean when i am busy doing other things. The only thing is that the battery dies wthing an hour or so but besides that works fine.

When it actually clears up debris it works fine. However, that only happens a % of the time. It's usually just roaming aimlessly not picking anything up. It can't find its charger ever, so you have to manually place it home. Waste of money honestly

I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CHARGED THE ROBOT UP AND LET IT GO ON THE LIVING ROOM FLOOR. IT IMMEADIATELY STARTED PICKING UP TONS OF DOG HAIR. I HAD TO CLEAN IT OUT AFTER THE LIVINGROOM. I THEN TOOK IT TO MY BEDROOM AND IT WENT UNDERNEATH THE BED WHERE IT HAS NOT BE CLEANED IN QUITE SOME TIME. IT GOT PLUGED UP WITH DOG HAIR IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES BUT THE ROLLER COMES OUT PRETTY EASILY AND IT WAS BACK RUNNING IN ABOUT 3 MINUTES. IT CHARGESLIKE A BREEZE AND GOES BACK TO THE CHARGER FOR MORE. OVER ALL ITS BEEN A PLEASURE TO RUN.

Ordered this on the Deal of the Day offer at a great price. Have been very pleased with its performance on my carpet and solid surface floors.

I like this vacuum, still trying to figure it out though. It appears to go around in circles over and over and over. It does pick up the dirt and dust in the area it circles.

We love our Bob, it’s been a big help to our family. Clean and oicked up pet hairs like it supposed to do

not so good... this robot runs around aimlessly until battery runs out. does not track where it has cleaned and such... just random cleaning. only time that this approach will work is if you had a tiny space and you know that it will be clean by the time battery runs out... although there is still no guarentee that it will cover every inch of your room...

Had the vacuum for a couple weeks, it’s great! It needs a little babysitting the first few runs so you know what furniture and rugs it can get caught on but after you know that, you can clear a path and let bob do it’s thing. UV light makes the floors feel cleaner then regular broom/swiffer/vacuum and makes the rugs seem brighter. One flaw is it can jam itself under furniture that doesn’t have enough clearance to go under and you will have to remove bob manually. I now remove that table from the room when bob cleans

Great sweeper. Bought 5 total of these. Gave a couple for gifts. I placed one on each floor. Does great with my dogs hair.
