It does all that was stated it would do. Have not used the mopping feature yet, but it does an awesome job on my wood flooring.

I have been using 'Charlie' for about a month now. I have a very rambunctious kitten who likes to leave a lot of hair around and LOVES to terrorize Charlie. He will run, jump, slide, shove him around and Charlie just keeps going. Have not used the mop feature. He does not do the best around corners but goes will over rugs and picks up everything he comes across on the hardwood. Due to the cat, Charlie has quite a few scuff marks but it is cosmetic and he is still doing a great job.

I brought this vacuum for my mom for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

First of all, I have an irobot that I have been using for over 5 years with no issues. But after reading the reviews for the BobSweep and having pets and hardwood floors, I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, this robot just couldn't stop getting stuck even in the smallest of barriers, such as; bar stools with a flat bottom, it would get stuck and stay there, rugs; make sure the rug does not have any black in the pattern or a dark color. I found out later it messes with the sensors and Bob looks like he's psycho or dancing Salsa. Also, Check to see what kind of "pile" the rug is. We just got a beautiful rug in the living room, the rest of the floor is hardwood, and it appeared that the pile which is very short, and sort of "velvety" to the touch, was irritating for Bob. He kept going round in circles, getting caught on the low edge of the carpet and He just kept repeating the same circular motion. I was finding myself having to "prod" his little behind to get moving. Yes, I got to the point of kicking Bob and saying a few choice words. By this time, I was pretty frustrated after experiencing the inconvenience of babysitting a vacuum. Just like fate would have it, I packed him up and began to head on out to give this guy a farewell, and noticed I was one day late. Bad Day! Really Bad DAy! So I gifted it!!! To my Stepdaughter and her husband. Fortunately, Bob performed like a champ and they are happy to have him as part of their family. Their carpet is beige and they did not experience any quirks like I had. I Invested in another irobot and life is good once again! BTW after paying $300 for this bad boy, Best Buy dropped the price almost in half, a week or so later. That was sorta a red flag for me to stay away from Bob. The end of my Love Story about Bob. Father-in-law hated to vacuum but now loves to use the remote and tell his vacuum where to go! It does a great job for him!

Should be a negative 5 stars. The 30 day warranty only good if you purchase directly from the company. It is not for pet hair, not good for much of anything, the brush plugs up before one room is done and it shuts down.

this picked up a medium-sized french fry! a little loud and wish it had an app for phones but love it, otherwise

It does ok when I’m not getting it unstuck from the counters, chair, couch, and other things. It has a hard time going back to the docking station.

The only issue I had was there was a cover on the on/Off switch to protect it during shipping. Once I got it off, things went great! Bob learned the house within a week. I had to learn to turn on the barrier each time Bob was vacuuming. It picks up fur and papers, cat food pieces, etc very well. Very well worth the money!!! Picks up better than expensive vacuums. I am thinking of getting another one for the upstairs . I haven't been this impressed with a new gadget in a very long time!

Get stuck a lot and so hard to find it way home; not a good house keepping .

I like this product because it meets my needs for a dirt free home. It is easy to setup and run.
