Love bobsweep

Gets stuck on EVERYTHING- under the couch, under the baby playpen, on the kids' rocker seats. It gets confused and won't go from the hard floor to the rug, but it WILL throw itself off a 4 inch drop into our den. I got this floor vac on a steep sale (under $200) and I still regret the purchase. Charging over $600 for this is borderline insane. I would imagine there could be a better floor vac in 1997.

great pet hair cleaner!

Not a fit for me

I have 3 large dogs and wanted something to supplement my vacuuming. While I didn't expect this vacuum to take over the chore or be perfect, I was hoping for it to work. I have yet to have one complete vacuum session without encountering errors. My bObsweep errors out multiple times and I spend more time troubleshooting than anything else. I attempted to return it, but found out there is a 15 day return policy. I am now stuck with it, so I am discouraged by the purchase, because I really wanted to like, if not love this product. Unfortunately, it really has not lived up to the hype.....or other reviews.

Great Customer Service!

As you can imagine with 5 small kids and 4 dogs our floors are always dirty, I love being able to come home to clean floors in the evening. We did have issues with the bin breaking after a few months of use. I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a new bin for us.

In the end when it ran out of battery, it hadn't covered the entire room, thought it kept cleaning same spots over and over again. The other major drawback was that the main brush wasn't always operational, it rotated only once in while during the cleaning cycle.
