Very good vacuum but a little bit complicated to manage it.

I bought 3 of these. The 1st 1 worked great downstairs, so I bought a 2nd for upstairs. The main brush worked intermittently, more off than on, while driving and didn’t vacuum anything without the main brush. The sensors for the stairs didn’t work. I returned it. The 3rd, same result as the main brush stops working while driving. I have to chase it with the remote to make sure it is vacuuming. With the main brush off it’ll drive over a piece of lint not picking it up. I have to wait for the main brush to turn back on and use the remote to go over same lint to pick up; returning. The original 1 I bought is now doing the same thing and too late to return.

It was great at first. I just feel it doesn’t do as great a job as in the beginning. The price was right.

I just bought this vacuum to help me to control my pet hair and so far is doing a great job

Very easy to operate with the remote. My floor is cleaned before I get home from work.

I use BOB to clean my new ceramic tile. It picks up everything. I bought one for my mom.

It’s works well as a cleaning. But the robotic logic is very very bad. I had to pick it up every time and take it to docking station. I realised that’s the reason Best Buy offering great discount on this product.

Honestly, it's ok. It's not going to impress you if you have dogs or carpet (like we do). They shouldn't advertise the unit in this capacity but it runs and can spot clean. Not really worth the money for what you get.

Easy to set up. Cleaning pads work well. Great recharge time.

Bob has become a part of the family. We talk about him as if he is human. He helps out around the house by keeping up with our cat and all the hairballs left behind; he follows our nine year old and cleans up his crumbs; he hangs out with our teen girls and sucks up the hair left behind in the bathroom. He also cleans up the lint left behind after laundry is folded. This is one of the best purchases we ever made, Bob is the best!

I still am using the old robot vacuum I have. And, it's not a bobsweep. That's all I can tell you at this time.

nice looking vacuum, but you have to almost watch it the whole time. get caught on my big throw rug and under my cabinets. honestly it't faster just to sweep with a broom.

My dog sheds a lot and this vacuum picked up if not all, most of the hair that he sheds. Aside from that it comes with an installed mop.

Bob is a life saver cleans up what sweeping leaves behind.

Great vacuum, easy to setup and use. Wife loves the colour.
