It works great! Cleans from my hardwood to my carpet with no problem at all. Set up was easy and it was cleaning in no time which is good because I have two big dogs. Best purchase for my home I’ve made in a very long time! No more wasting time vacuuming and sweeping all that dog hair my self!!

It's a good product just did not work for our house set up as we have transition strips from our wood floor to carpet and it kept getting high centered and stuck on those. I was hoping it wouldn't even have been able to make it up on the strip and stay on the wood floor only.

He's taller than my other robotic vacuum so doesn't go under as many furniture items. He has a mop feature that I haven't tried yet. There's a blue light that makes me think the floor is cleaner than just sweeping. He sure has a hard time finding his way home so I end up carrying him every time to his base. He absolutely refuses to vacuum on my rug that has a black/dark border and pattern. Just won't. So I still have to vacuum that with my upright. He gets hung up on my bath matt so I need to either shut that door or pick up that matt when I know bOb is out. It's ok purchase if you don't mind that he's afraid of dark patterns.

I like having it clean once a day. It sweeps up a good amount of pet hair every day and only 1 35 pound dog in my home. It can get stuck under a radiator or my recliner. If you put cardboard or a piece of wood it can see it and not get stuck.

Bob is amazing! We have a husky and retriever- both shed bad. We run Bob twice a day and our floors look amazing. I empty his tank once a day and sometimes have to pull hair out of the wheels/brush but I have never had a vacuum that didn't require that. Haven't used the mop function but it looks promising- like a swiffer and does not use a tank. I like the remote function so you can direct him a certain direction or change his mode. Overall, I'm very please with my bObsweep! We got a great deal on it everyone is asking me where they can get one.

This is my first robotic sweeper and I'm very impressed. Does an extremely well job of keeping up with the dog hair in between are regular vacuuming. I have not had a problem with it falling down stairs or getting stuck anywhere.

Heads up if you’re like me thinking it’s also a mop and can suck up water without killing it, it’s not. It has an attachment for a swifter pad, that was probably an error on my end of reading the description. Great for in the lazy, good for in between floor cleanings for cleanliness, and a necessity for pet owners who aren’t going to clean their floors everyday and are sick of pet hair. I’m not supper impressed with robot vacuums because they all seem to have crazy patterns they like to run and seem to like to go into areas they can’t get out of but that being said, I have no plans to get rid of it. I’m happy.

It keeps my place very clean. You be surprise how much dust it picks up even when my apartment is visibly clean. It does a really good job on bare floor but it might not be very intelligent when it comes to finding its charging station. But for the price I could complain too much.

So this was a Christmas gift for the wife, on Christmas Eve, we opened a few gifts and I couldn't wait to give it to her. She was so excited, it came partially charged, so we used it right away, it quickly got stuck under couches, hope chest, on throw rugs, it just didn't seem able to get around obstacles without help. But that's okay, so we charged it all night, and woke up to find out, that our daughter had gotten her mother another robotic vacuum. So we went from first time users to owning two different vacuums. The Bob sweep was Beautiful, bright shinning red, big, lots of bright flashing lights, I just loved it, my daughter bought a ilife robot, kinda small, little trash bin, so we got everything off the floor or tucked away and had a cleaning test, after 3 days it became very clear, the little plain white ilife robotic vacuum won hands down in the things that count, ilife rolled over throw rugs, no problem, found its way out of tight spots, unlike the Bob sweep which would either shut itself off or would stay in one spot spinning it's brushes until the battery died, this happened so often that the spinning brushes are now bent and cannot be straighten, the ilife had 2 spinning brushes, where Bob only had one. I am very sorry to admit the ilife beat Bob so bad I'm sending it back and buying another ilfe vacuum. I really wanted the gift i bought to be the better one. I guess I'm kinda small that way. I think Bob would be great for a large house that doesn't have a lot of clutter, which might be the reason it never once made it back to it's docking station.

The robot works and it does pick up dirt and pet hair, however it needs a clear area or else it just bumps around a lot and doesnt get all areas. my biggest problem with the unit was that it kept getting stuck under the entertainment unit and was afraid it would burn itself out. had to return it.

I've had the bobsweep pet hair robot vacuum for two weeks now and I still have trouble getting it to go where it needs to thoroughly clean my rooms. It makes random circles and goes over the same area several times, but then misses another area completely. I've tried changing the pattern, but it always reverts back to auto mode. Also, it will get stuck under certain furniture and my kitchen cabinets where I have to yank it out or it will just run out of battery spinning in one spot. The remote is useless...can't get it to work. I am very disappointed as I have to babysit the thing to make sure it doesn't get stuck somewhere, which defeats the whole purpose of it...might as well get my Dyson out and do the floors myself. Thinking of returning it before it's too late.

Love this robot vacuum and highly recommend !! We have two dogs- a lab and a retriever and the dog hair around the house is year round, but thanks to bob our floors haven’t been cleaner !
I usually run bob 5x/wk while I’m doing other chores for about an hour. I am always suprised st how much bob picks up on both hardwood floors and carpet. The only difference between the two surfaces we’ve noticed is the battery runs down faster on the carpets.
I read several reviews before purchasing and one thing that people complained about was how loud it is. Yes bob is loud - but I was replacing an old loud vacuum and i can do other things while the floors are being taken care of, so overall it does not bother me.
Overall VERY happy with the purchase

After living with Bob for a few months, Im glad he has joined our family! He is better at sweeping and vacuuming than the mop function. The mop function is really just a wet rag being pushed around the floor and must be wet every few minutes. The vacuum is strong and works really well on my large, wooden kitchen floor. Bob is a little chubby so he sometimes get caught between the floor and the bottom of the cabinets and especially under the dishwasher and has to be rescued however it is ok because the job he does is very good. The brush looks like it is ready to be replaced after only 2 months but it still works ok. I am glad I purchased Bob.

Bob is a great help around the house. I have 2 basset hounds that are shedding machines & this gets up almost every bit of it. My home is mostly hardwood so it easily gets that. The only downside to this model is that it doesn’t get all of my home in one cleaning. We have a small home, only 1300 sq ft & it can only get the main portion of the house. It seems to use more battery on my carpeted bedrooms or if I leave my area rug it seems to focus on that & use up major battery before finishing. So what we have learned to do is clean our bedrooms first, recharge then let the scheduled cleaning get the major portions of the house. I’ve contacted bobsweep & they don’t seem to think the battery is a problem & I followed their recommendations for resetting it to see if I get more battery life. This is my first robot vacuum, so overall I’m really happy. Maybe pricier models have better battery life???

This does a good job of moving around the space and basic vacuuming. It does have trouble going from flat surface to area rugs. It also seems to concentrate on one area and not always moves into the next room seamlessly, but eventually does get there.

Bob works very hard, but with our smaller living area downstairs (we are in a condo) he has trouble with getting stuck under cabinets and our couch too often to keep. However, before he gets stuck he does a stellar job picking up the dog hair from our St Bernard and Bernese Mtn Dog, and the crumbs from our two children! I really wanted him to work out, but the cabinet problem is just too much.

The robot is okay but I feel like I have to keep an eye on it a lot. Sometimes it will get stuck on cables or sheets of bedding. An app to schedule and keep track of it would have been great.

Bob has a good suction and cleans wood floor and tile well, but stucks under the furniture and in the narrow spaces can’t find his way out. It cannot handle the rug with fringes, I had to rescue Bob every time it gets over the fringes.
