Does a good job picking up the dog hair & dirt...unfortunately it is a big high and get stuck attempting to go under much of my furniture. Also...the bottom wheel gathers dog hair & to wheel doesnt move properly....very difficult to remove wheel to free it up. Thus is a pet product...shouldnt be an issue when product is designed for pet hair. 3 stars because it DOES fit under the beds to get the dust bunnies.

the was a great product bObsweep - Bob PetHair Robot Vacuum and Mop - Champagne , makes it easy to do the house clean and keep on time, the was a great choice and we have 50% tile floors --bathrooms, hallways, and front entrance and kitchen/dining area. The other 50% is a short shag carpet --living room, hallways, and bedrooms. We built our home about 5 years ago and I really thought my name brand sweeper did a great job.

It's a little on the loud side but works well. It really roams at its own pace in an all over the place pattern but it keeps my floors clean.

I had high hopes for Mr. bObsweep. He didnt even last one night in our home. I impatiently waited for him to charge. Letting the anticipation build. Finally it was show time. We put him on the floor and within 30 seconds he was stuck under the couch. No biggie not the first time I was disappointed within 30 seconds. I pick him up and moved him to the other side of the living room. Then Mr. bObsweep B-lines it straight to the couch again. Yet again he gets stuck. After hitting the walls a couple times he gets stuck again. Within 10 minutes Mr. bObsweep gets stuck 4 times. I decided to move him to the kitchen far away from the couches. My lovely ex-robot hits the island once and makes his way to his docking station. He was done for the night. Like a typical man he didn't even last 10 minutes before he was done.

First off, the BOB does a better job of cleaning carpet than our Roomba 890 does, but doesn't do very good on the wood floors. That said, it is MUCH noisier than Roomba, and gets stuck on almost everything (transitions from carpet to wood, rugs, under counters and couches). The longest we have had it run without getting stuck on something is 12 minutes (we have had it about a month now) - Roomba will get itself unstuck on all of the same obstacles. So if you are able to babysit BOB, it is a better machine for carpet - but if you can't babysit it, it is a waste of money. On hard floors, BOB just misses stuff - seems like his algorithm isn't complete to cover the entire floor. You may ask why we have 2 machines? Well, we have 7 German Shepherds, so keeping up with the dog hair is a challenge. We had the Roomba 890 - but it leaves a lot of hair on the carpet and the bin is small and fills up quick, so we decided to give Bob a try. Given that it has to be baby sat to keep it from getting stuck, it really isn't worth the investment - I wouldn't recommend it (despite Roomba's problems, it is still our 'go to' robot vacuum.

"Bob" has done everything I expected. I have all tile floors with a couple of small throw rugs. He goes from surface to surface without any problem. The only issue I have had is one rug has fringe at both ends and the small side brush got tangled in the fringe. A small lamp cord also got tangled, but was resolved with a cord cover. My pet hair problem is gone!! I am soooo glad I purchased this product.

Bob is so smart and does a great job sweeping up the dirt and pet hair. I was having to sweep my floors everyday but with Bob, I only run him about 3 times per week. It has helped with my allergies as well. I believe it is a great product and does a better job than I could do.

I took advantage of a Best Buy Deal of the Day and purchased two of these units for separate homes. They both work great on continuous solid surfaces and carpets, but they do seem to struggle with thicker random area rugs. A full battery charge seems to hold for over an hour and a half, and their performance definitely helps with keeping the floors cleaner. Although they are a little noisier than I had hoped for, they are both welcomed new additions to the households!

I love that I can schedule a time for it to vacuum or mop for me. It’s been a big help but when we first got it, it had a hard time finding its charger but now it can find it’s charger now.

Is a good vacuum,l thought that those vacuums don’t clean well but they did I love it

Now that I have BobSweeper it save me a lot of time to Vacuum my carpet, Just do some easy programming that's it it will do the rest of the work the whole week. For me this a excellent buy will recommend to a friend.

I have a dog who sheds continuously all over the place. This vacuum keeps me from having to vacuum every single day! It comes with a charging base and finds the charger itself when the battery is low. It goes over my carpet, tile, and hard wood floors with ease. It will get caught under the dresser or dishwasher, but I just pull it out and direct it somewhere else. It also has a remote.

Great and it does a good job on my wood floors and the area rugs.

This it's a good machine and it does pic up most, but it does get stuck in the same area and some times doesn't know where its going. It doesn't do well on thick carpet but does well on carpet. It also does well on wood floors. It covers a lot of space before it dies but it does lose its charge in about a hour and takes time to charge back up. It also repeats itself where it has vacuumed already, but I haven't programmed it yet and I think if I program it most of this will correct itself. This is a good vaccum if you want time to do other things while it's cleaning. I also recommend this if you have dogs.

Its very big so dont rely on it going under anything, its great at getting unseen hair and dust, has error and gets stuck at most minor things, its loud, I prefer my ilife and roomba over this one. But i got ok great sale so going to leave for the dust pick up.

It's a great vacuum/machine for everyday routine cleaning (which is what it's meant for IMO). If you're looking for heavy duty cleaning, this isn't it. The remote control is wonderful too. I love this vacuum. When I'm having bad days with my arthritis, this is my go to until I can go to a regular vacuum again. The 4 stars is because I would love to see a machine like this with a longer battery time per run. All in all great system. And getting it on Deal of the Day was a huge plus...major discount.

Got this on a deal of the day so if was a great price. Does the job mostly. Its not very smart, gets iself stuck unless everything is absolutely clear. Run it almost everyday as we have dogs and it definitely helps. Will most likely go with a more expensive model that maps the house as we find bobby sometimes stays in the living room for 45 min before it can find its way into the hall way. But it does always find its way back to the charger. Good for open floor plan and hardwood tile areas.

This picks up quite a lot of dog hair and goes well under furniture. It tends to get stuck occasionally, but otherwise it works fine. It's kind of a fun little device.

I bought this robot almost 2 years ago and I am very satisfied with it. Powerful, about 80' running time per charge, enough to clean my 400sq-wide room. The sensor is quite sensitive, although it has a lot of functions, just the automatic mode is enough for it to work. The trash can is very large when compared to other common robots. To this day it still works as good as it did when I bought it, what a great item, thanks Best Buy.

Good for carpet and hard surfaces. It sometimes get stuck at corner and uneven surfaces however it satisfy it’s price.
