It is quiet and does the job it is designed to do. But it makes a buzzing sound sometimes when it is off and just sitting there. I am afraid it will wear down the battery. I looked it up and other people say same thing.

The vacuum works well, it does get stuck sometimes but I would recommend it for everyday cleaning!

This is an easy to install pet hair vacuum. Love that it has different settings and a remote control.

So far we are enjoying our Bob. He doesn’t get stuck at times but overall does a great job cleaning in areas we cannot reach.

We got Bob in 2020 - I used him a lot at first but he would get stuck jyst about everywhere, I had to be right behind him at all times. I still use him but I find that a proper vacuum cleaner is way more efficient. Bob leaves stuff all over the place - I can't use him in my dining room, he gets stuck on my chairs, can't use him on rugs, he cant handle it... he even gets stuck on vents. Basically, i have to spend quite a bit of time to prep the room ahead of time, and then I need to be right behind him to give him a push. he does best in our bedroom under the bed especially.

This BOB picks up well, but it needs a maintenance check every 2 weeks to perform at its best.

This is a great product to help cut down on pet hair in our home. The biggest issue BOB has is finding his way back to his charging station. Overall, I would recommend if you are looking for a cheaper priced robotic vacuum to help with everyday sweeping/mopping.

I wa so excited to see the sell price on this bad boy. I read a lot of reviews and thought I’d give the BobSweep a try. My home is all hard surfaces execpt for a few area rugs. Oh, and I have a German Shepherd that sheds A TON! The bobsweep has cleaned better than I ever expected. It picks up WAY more dog hair and dirt than I ever could have imagined being on my floors. By far one of my best purchases

I've been wanting a robot vacuum for a while and finally settled on this one because the price was right. Unfortunately, the price was still too high for the quality. This vacuum has absolutely no method to its madness. It vacuums the same spot over and over and completely misses spots right next to it. It gets stuck on all my rugs (even though it was suppose to be able to handle rugs) and it has NEVER found it's way back to the charger when it's running low. I literally still have to vacuum with my normal vacuum ( a Dyson handheld that I LOVE) every day. I thought this would make my life easier but all it does is stress me out because of how sporadic it is.

Pro's: -The vacuum on this machine was excellent. The fine particulate that it picked up was far greater than any hand held vacuum that we have ever owned. The filter needs cleaned often which is great because all that fine material is being pulled out of our carpet and floors. -Set up was easy. -Unboxing was fun. Cons: -The machine we bought was never able to find its charging station, I always had to carry it back. -It is not smart enough to learn our house. It would get stuck within in a minute of launching. It got stuck under both our dining room table and chairs and kitchen table and chairs. It got stuck under our cabinets. -One particular incident. Bob got stuck on one of our floor vents. He couldn't get off of it, so his wheel kept spinning and spinning eventually leaving a black mark on our carpet. This would be a great machine at the sale price of $200 for a smaller house or an apartment. We brought it back within a month from purchase.

THIS THING IS AMAZING. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE TOO COMPLICATED TO OPERATE BUT IT IS VERY EASY.Ii CAN'T BELIEVE HOW WELL IT WORKS AND HOW WELL IT PICKS UP ALL THE DOG HAIR. I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED. FINALLY A CLEAN HOUSE WITH LITTLE EFFORT.

Bob was getting ready to be returned because he wasn’t able to clean my rugs or carpet. We have a lot of hard floors too but he kept shutting off when he got to the rugs or carpets. I removed the brush and now he does just fine. He does have trouble finding his charging station, but we have a rather large house to move about so I don’t know if that’s the problem or not. I still do run my regular vacuum but Bob does help when I’m trying to do a million different things.

Bought for a friend, she is happy with it , I guess, she’s never said anything.

I have had Bob about a month now and use it daily. I have noticed a vast reduction in pet hair throughout the house and I can actually walk across my floor without my socks getting full of pet hair. I will also use my hand held vacuum once per week as I always have - to get the edges and the furniture. I LOVE this vacuum and strongly suggest anyone with a pet to get one!

It's fun to see this thing zipping around. At first it picked up so much dust that it got clogged, but after I cleaned it out it has done better. It tends to get hung up by certain obstacles, so I don't think it would be so great to use when I'm out, but it does do a nice job in between proper cleaning.

I bought this for my daughter after she had her first baby. She's had it for 3 months. I just spent the weekend with her. It is an amazing machine. Each morning at 8:00am it starts, vacuums the whole apartment, carpet and floor. They have a long hair cat and with a new baby they don't want anything on the floor the baby might find. So this thing does its job and after about an hour it finds its own dock and plugs in. Just as automatic as you would want. It cleans quite thoroughly. Because of the cat my daughter must empty it once a week. It seems to pick up Everything. Could not be happier with it. A great product, a great convenience.

Purchased on sale, because wasn’t sure how it would work. Use on hardwood floors and carpet. Gets stuck on throw rugs. Clean hardwood floors okay, profile doesn’t allow for getting under cabinets. Clean carpet okay. Don't like the program that it has to clean. It misses some spots.
