Bob, as we refer to him as, seems to work very well. We never had another robot vacuum, so I can’t say if Bob is average, superior, or below average. That’s the reason for 4 stars - without anything to compare Bob to, I couldn’t justify a higher rating. We do not have pets, but got Bob because we figured a vacuum rated for pet hairs would do a better job. I also like the larger dust bin, it has never filled up during a cleaning session. Bob’s cleaning patterns are a little wacky, but I think that’s normal for these robots. He can go from a wood floor to carpet and sometimes figures out how to maneauver over wooden thresholds we have between rooms. He does not do well with fringed carpet, but no vacuum cleaner does. Overall we’re happy that Bob is a member of our family.

Just wanted to try bob and for the price of it was a pretty good buy. Not the smartest of vaccums but gets the job done decently.

So easy to use and gets up all the dirt, only downfall is it is a bit loud but it makes my life easier so I can’t complain to much

It is pretty big and chunky but does its job well.

This kne disnt work well at all. Kept getting an error and getting stuck. Ran over cords and hit things. Not sure if I got a lemon but I returned it. It didnt have bluetooth to work with my phone either. Very basic

It does an ok job. It does get stuck on almost anything, for example: my spring door stops, my sons play mat, under the couch, and in between the legs of the chairs and tables. Just gotta make sure there aren’t too many obstacles. Also, its super loud! I only use for the vacuum bc the idea of a wet pad being drug all over the floor makes me cringe.

Bob picked up more dust and hair than I thought. I have what are probably normal obstacles- furniture, tables, chairs, hardwood with rugs. I let Bob run for hours, had to clean out the "dust bin" as it's not very big, but it never covered the entire floor. It would redo the same areas. It does get stuck sometimes, and when it tries to find its way back home after going into a neighboring room-it could not make it back. I think it wanted to go through a wall! Maybe I didn't give it enough time?? I returned the machine.

I love this vacuum. I bought December 2018 and now it is January 2021 and all I had to do is replace battery and replace dustbin( dustbin was my fault because I wash it running water and in the manual it said it was a no no.) of course I read that after the fact. Customer service with Carlo was superior after the post office lost my package. After talking to Carlo I found out I have a 5year subsidized warranty and he refunded my money. And the vacuum best a wonderful job. After a leg injury it saved my carpet.

I bought this Bob pet robot vacuum on sale at Best Buy and was expecting just a novelty item that I would get tired of and would always have to go back over with my vacuum. I was completely wrong this thing is awesome and it's amazing how much dirt and pet hair it picks up even after I just got done vacuuming. I have it programmed to run every day and have been using for over a month and still love it. There has only been a few occasions where it failed to find its way back to base to recharge but mostly because my cat tries to give it her toys and one of them get stuck under wheel. Highly recommend.

So far this vacuum has been great. It does what it is intended to do, it does get stuck every now and then but it's not really an issue. I love all the accessories it comes with. All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase.

It doesn't go inside our sofa since the build is larger. Other models of diff company can easily go inside sofa for cleaning. Little noisy then newer models. Cleans good.

Picks up my dog's long hair as advertised. Not too loud either. It could be better going from hardwood floors to short carpet but they all seem to have an issue doing that.

Best purchase on a vacuum that I've made in the past 10 years easily besides my Miele canister vacuum I bought! This machine does an impressive job of vacuuming over carpet but really shines on hardwood or laminate floors! Has a learning curve but does an effective job once you help Bobsweep through the learning curve! Experienced some of the best customer service I've ever had when the remote control went out about 2 months after we got our Bobsweep Pet Hair! Haven't had any other issues and we just hit our 2yr. Anniversary with our "Bob"! You cant go wrong with a Bobsweep robotic vacuum!

Use it as a dog hair sweep on tile floors and works well. Our rooms are very crowded with furniture which makes it vulnerable to getting stuck, so needs some supervision in our environment.

The vacuum has really changed the way we clean the floors. We used to have to vacuum everyday or every other day but now we run the big vacuum once a week. Bob is amazing! The replacement parts can be expensive though.

After owning for one year, with plural returns, I have accepted that Bob was a great idea, with design flaws. Pet hair gets traps in all the nooks and crannies. A complete dissemble is required to get the hair out of the tires and rollers monthly. My husband has become an expert repairman, thanks to the tutorials from the company. We run our Bobsweep, for pet hair five days a week. I dump out the dust container daily, to keep it clean. We have 960 sq ft of hard wood floors, with a few low pile rugs around the entry way. Bob goes under and around our furniture with little troubles. He often gets stuck in one doorway of our house and often wedges himself under the kitchen cabinets. So of the five days we run him, he may get the complete house one time over. The biggest drag, is once a week we are cleaning out the front tire, and rollers. When Bob was created, there were many areas left open to collecting hair and dust. When he runs, he does a fabulous job of vacuuming, I am surprised on how much fine grit he cleans. The mop attachment was the reason I bought this machine. I found out quickly the wet hard wood floors and the front tire didn’t work well together. Bob was unable to get traction on the damp floors and could not seer himself.

This was the best present I could get. I love it. Very easy to use and set up. Very large dust bin. I have 2 large dogs and this runs once a day. Does fantastic

I have one cat and would vacuum once a week, I now use Bob every other day and it is very helpful. It kind of goes in circles and doesn’t clean the room in its entirety.

Purchased this to replace a different a different companies unit that was not able to keep up with the dog hair. This will run for hours and get every corner of the room. Also great customer service, needed to replace a wheel that seized up. Easy communication and not only sent my one but both wheels and offered to fix in house if I could not.
