love it... I have yet to use the mopping feature, but will get to it soon.

It gets the job done and is able to move from hardwood floors to short carpet without difficulty. It is also able to find its base. We have an open floor plan and it does well. I really like the freedom of not having to vacuum myself. It's a little louder than I would have liked but we just run it when we leave to run errands.

I was excited after reading all of the reviews. I had a Roomba previously and loved it but unfortunately it died. I decided to replace it with the bobsweep. I have to say it did pick up a lot of dog hair and has a larger capacity, but it got stuck EVERYWHERE and it was so random that it would miss large areas of the room. It would get stuck on the edge of my carpet (not plush carpeting, just an oriental rug without fringe) because it couldn’t clear it. The same happened with a larger threshold. The Roomba had no troubles navigating these places. Additionally (and this was my fault for not reading everything prior to buying) the “mop” function is essentially just a rag that you wet and it drags across the floor. The good thing was is I hated it and I contacted bobsweep. I assumed Best Buy wouldn’t return it being that it was used but Bobsweep returned it no problem. They even paid return shipping. I will be using the refund to reinvest in a Roomba.

I used my bobsweep a few times a week. It did great picking up dog hair and other dust, etc on the floor. It was quick and did a great job. I used my IRobot Braava to mop afterwards and was always amazed at how clean the mop pad was. Unfortunately, not long ago, bobsweep decided to give me a code and not sweep. I brought it in to have it serviced and found out I was going to be credited for the cost because they didn’t service them any more. I purchased another sweeper but, I miss bob because his trash container was much bigger than this really expensive one I have now! Miss you bob!

I have a dog and cat this works great picks up hair better than the vacuum I use the only problem was it got stuck under my table with the chairs

Not much time to vacuum, so this helps, but does not replace the standard vacuum and mop in my home. CONS-I was really hoping it would get all the crumbs under the table (kids!) and it will, if I set the laser fence and move all the chairs, but then it would only take another second to use the regular vacuum. Also, it sometimes gets stuck under the kitchen cabinets and is fairly loud. PROS-It actually works really well and has a brush that gets the edges. That could speed up the manual vacuuming, not having to go to the walls in a bigger home. If you don't have obstructions, you could run it while you are away and when strangers come to the door it would sound like someone is home. CONCLUSION-Depending on your home layout, this could be the best thing ever or you could spend the money upgrading your home theater. I would highly recommend this for some applications, but tell you to pass if you have a lot of furniture or time to do the vacuuming yourself.

Bob is a great little sweeper for my apartment! I have a cat and he gets alot of the litter up that way I don't have to! If you're looking for a good sweeper for a great price, this is it!

I like it but wish that it would map out the room. It just go which every way it want to. It misses spot here and there. But for the money it does a good job of picking up my Puppy hairs.

First off, idk why it says it’s discounted so much. The price almost anywhere is around $200. We purchased BOB cuz the big discount we thought we were getting so that was a bummer. Bob worked wonderfully for the first, eh, week or two. Now he seems to just “move around” his vacuum maybe runs 1/4 of his run time. Ontop of that, he vacuums the same 4ft area OVER AND OVER and his setting is set move around the whole house. He just seems to go in circles. His stair sensor thing only worked the very first time we ran him, after that he never stopped himself at the stairs again and took a tumble. He gets stuck ALOT and has a hard time finding his dock no matter how open the house is or where we put him. I’m bummed, gonna try and sell it and take a loss :(

Overall I think this is a good vacuum. This is my first robo vacuum. After only a few uses I think it does an OK job picking up dirt and other small objects. Pros: Great price. Sleek look. Great remote control. Many cleaning options. Cons: Does not transition between wood floor and thick (.5") area rug.The vacuum gets stuck for a long time or doesn't make the transition at all. I don't think the vacuum would have any difficulty going from wood floor to carpeting or thin area rugs.. The vacuum pushes small rugs around and gets caught on tassel of throw rugs. I would still recommend this vacuum just not in a house with wood floors and thick area rugs.

Works well, not as loud as my old one. Pattern covers the room adequately. Transitions from hardwood to carpet with ease. Love the self docking. Haven't used the wet mop yet.

I think this is an ok vacuum. I was in between giving it a 3 or 4 star rating. I don't like the level of maintenance it needs. I previously had a samsung powerbot and probably would go with that again. This requires a weekly cleaning and I kind of wonder if it just makes sense to clean myself. The sunlight from the back door would blind the camera and make it stop vacuuming and it would give error code 4 a lot. It was usually that the sensors on the bottom needed to be cleaned.

Works well, not too loud and picks up the pet hair on the hardwoods. Gets stuck occasionally on the carpet and won't go on the carpet that has the black stripes.

The bObsweep has been part of our household for several months now and I don't know what I'd do without it. I run it every single day and love that it can just go about its business. It's been super helpful especially since we added a new puppy to the family. He doesn't shed but he sure does love snacking and leaving crumbs all over the place like his human siblings (my kids). Would highly recommend this product!

I think it works pretty well, just have to make sure everything is out of his way and he don't get tangled up in cords and things.

It works great but it just don’t return to the charging station or it takes like 30 - 45 mins to return. It little loud when it sweeping at night you can hear it super Noisy. I like everything of this of this machine. Guess I have to looks for a upgrade one. Hope the next one the sensor better build in to return to stationer charge.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my mom who has two dogs that shed. The house is mainly hardwood floors and it works well. It does have a hard time vacuuming on the shag rugs.

Performs beyond expectations but it is a little louder than I was hoping for. Still does everything as advertised and then some.

The Bob was exciting opening the package and the personalization touch they add with a birth certificate. The actual device however is very noisy and doesn't jump onto or fall off rugs well. It just gets stuck and dies. Even when I don't put it in an area without a rug, it dies before getting back to its charging station. I think the Shark robot would of been a better investment.
