I have an apartment with all tile floors and 4 small children. Since purchasing Bob we are able to keep the floor cleaner then sweeping

Like the vacuum. Have it programmed to run at 0200 everyday. A little frustrating when it gets hung up between the different floor types. But all in all, good purchase.

Was very hesitant to purchase at first because I have 3 dogs and very clumsy people living in my house. So I only use it when everyone is gone and out of the house during the day. It works like a dream. Love the remote. Love that instead of sucking something up it shouldn't and continuing on, it just shuts off and waits for you to fix the issue.

Doesn’t find home to well, but I cut him loose in a room or 2 a day and he does fine. Once I bob proofed the house anyway. No regerts, I mean regrets.

It is perfect for picking up dog hair and dirt. The only complaint is Bob has a hard time finding his docking station for charging.

This is a very good product. That I recommend anybody to get.

This unit works well if you get into the habit of running it once a day to cover all areas. It's not to noisy but I still do it when I am not going to be in the house.

I like the bobsweep. I have pets in the house and it is great on getting up the pet hair. The mop part does work very well.

Love it! This vacuum turned out far better than I expected. It is great for getting under the bed! Very pleased with my bObSweep & Best Buy had the lowest price.

It charged quickly. On its test run it never got stuck on furniture and found its way home. It picked up dirt and lint and moved from tile to carpet. Have only had it a few days, but so far it is what was expected

My only issue is it gets stuck under furniture and cabinets. It seems to be just a little too tall

Works as advertised. Doesn't have an app for mobile device remote control, but it does come with a remote control of it's own. Bob gets stuck under low lying furniture, but I suspect this happens to all these robo-sweepers. Like other sweepers, once Bob reaches low battery, he automatically goes home to charge. Bob hates the broom, he knocks it over if it gets in the way. The dogs don't mind Bob, but then again, they are Bassett Hounds & they don't move once they have a comfortable spot.

Definitely cleans the house, but not the smartest machine. Stays in one room for a while and when it finally gets out, ends back there in a couple minutes. Usually have to have my 3 year old drive it back to docking station

Bought for my sister & she absolutely loves it! she calls him Bob & loves him. Guess she never met a Bob that cleaned before. But this one apparently does and really good. So for once she'll have a successful marriage....wow, im a match maker, who would've thought you could hook up at best buy.....guess thats the future when they start selling the robots.

Bob is cool. There is a learning curve. Cleans like a champ. Would recommend with caveats.

It does a great job cleaning my floors. It does great picking up dog hair and dirt.
