My husband loves this unitnamed Bob. In fact I am sure it is a full on Bromance. He loves how it docks itself. I like the UV light and it certainly picks up the dog hair. It does run a nilly Willy pattern, but if you prepare the room properly (picking up all cords and rugs) it is nice. We are very pleased. Disappointed in the mopping feature, but our expectations were too high .

I purchased this robot vacuum so excitedly. It was the deal of the day and I jumped on it. It was from $800 down to $180. The packaging was beautiful and dedicated to our family. Setting it up was very easy and instructions were easy to understand. When I tried this product in my kitchen/dining room (were most mess is on floor), to my huge disappointment it couldn’t find its way out of under the table and around the chairs. It kept going around in circles. It never crossed from dining room into kitchen on its own. We had to guide it with the remote control. I had to stand there watching it and guiding it, which made me think, how is this any different from me using my Dyson?! The point was for it to save me time and more work. Then I was noticing not everything on the floor was being picked up, so I thought maybe I hadn’t set it up right. Seems to me the tile in my kitchen has deep groves and the robot vacuum not enough power to pick that up? Then I had it head to base and it couldn’t find it! After wasting my time I picked it up myself and set it on the base. Again, that’s not the point is it? I left it aside hoping to call Bobsweep Customer Service and to my surprise they are only open Mon-Frid 8-5. Well turns out my busy schedule is around that time and not only Mon-Fri but Saturday also. I never got a chance to call them so back to the store it went. I explained the situation to Best Buy and they were nice enough to make an exception for me since I had bought this over 3 months ago. I got store credit and I’m a happy Best Buy customer!! :)

This is a great vacuum! Less expensive than the iRobot Roomba but cleans just as great!!

Works great for removing cat hair and cleaning floors. My daughter loves it.

I read the reviews before purchasing this and thought it was gonna be a great tool. However I have three large dogs and it just couldn't keep up I spent more time taking apart and cleaning it then I would have just sweeping the floors. It also seemed to have no rhyme or reason to the directions it was going even on open surfaces. It may be a good project for someone with one dog.

Purchased as a gift for my in-laws. They are loving "Bob" and says that he does a great job on both the carpeting as well as the wood/tile floors. Only complaint would be noise as "Bob" does run pretty loud! Easy to set up, easily "learned" the area that "Bob" was supposed to work on. Overall a great product and highly recommend.

It's working out well enough, has better suction than I expected and is very thorough. Negatives I have run into are 1) It does have to be babysat especially when transitioning from hard floor to carpet, mine goes to error code at least once per use, sometimes twice, and I have to cycle the power. The other thing is the beater bar already looks like it needs to be replaced, but I will see if I can clean it to rehabilitate it first. I would give it fewer stars if it were more expensive, but for an inexpensive thing it's OK

I love bOb! I have two golden retrievers, one long haired cat and one short haired cat and cleaning is so much easier now. I no longer have tumble weeds of dog hair on my floors. I do have to clean the brushes daily but that isn't that big of a deal to me.

This is the 2nd Bob I purchased. Great Item and a wonderful sale price. Works great.

bObsweep is a little more difficult to use than my Roomba but it does a good job cleaning pet hair.

The vacuum is fairly quiet and picks alot more dirt than old vacuum. Its navigation capabilities are limited. Has problem getting stuck under some furniture. Not very good navigation for a multi-room house. Can't find base to recharge if in another room and sometime when they are in the same room. For $180 we'll keep trying it out.

I love this. Does a great job. Picks up lots of dog hair where my pug sheds.

Was suprising how easy every thing was to set up. Bob scheduler makes one less thing I have to get done on a daily basis

We bought this as an anniversary gift for my brother. It works well for him even with 3 kids and several dogs.

I really like this device. It does a really good job at clearing dog hair and light debris on hard marble floor. Also does good job on low rise rug, but occasionally gets high centered trying to get on the rug. Thats about my only complaint at this point (after three weeks). Easy charge, easy clean of the bin, and easy to keep out of the way. Good buy for the sale price.

I purchased this as I have three dogs that shed. I thought I would be able to run this daily to keep up with the hair. I find that it gets lost easily, stays in one area going in circles, and just doesn't know where it is. It's rather disappointing, as I still have to use the hand held vacuum too often.

Gets four stars because does clean as advertised. Has gone off stairs even with sensors on and clean. Luckily landed on front sensor and did not tumble to bottom. Will get stuck on small surface changes so I block off areas to clean. Does get stuck under furniture/appliances. Excellent battery life, will run 90+ minutes depending on surface type. Will pack the bin full/overflowing, 2 cats in house. While will not replace a standard vacuum for me, does add some convenience for certain areas of my home, at a cost.

This vacuum sometimes gets stuck between carpet and tile areas. When this happens, there’s a chance the wheels can do damage to the carpet. Also after a few minutes it goes back to the dock for no real reason. It does a good enough job for cleaning but I still have to vacuum once a month to get everything
