Does a decent job keeping my hardwood floors clean. It does get caught on some varying floor levels and transition pieces.

I purchased Bob because I inherited a cat and dog. I'm handicap so not able to do my own vacuuming. I was worried that this little machine wouldn't be able to handle that much fur. I'm impressed with how well he does. My mom and aunt are now in the process of getting one for themselves because of the geat job he is doing for me.

This does ok, but not as good as I hoped. I wouldn’t be able to let it run when I’m not home. This runs in random patterns and doesn’t track where it’s already been, so it runs over some spots multiple times & misses others. It also gets stuck under the furniture a lot and has a hard time finding its way back to the base to charge.

Picks up a lot. I only run it when home because it gets stuck on the floor to rugs transitions and under my beverage refrigerator.

Bob makes my life so easy, cleans every corner of my house. Can’t live my life without Bob.

I purchased this as the Deal of the Day so that we could have a second robot vacuum in our basement. I picked the vacuum up at Best Buy, set it up and let it fully charge and then figured I'd give it a little test run. I started the vacuum up and watched it aimlessly roam around the floor for a couple of minutes and then pushed the button on the remote to dock it. After watching it try to find the dock for about 3 minutes, I powered it off and set it on the dock knowing that this item was promptly going back to the store. Don't waste your time or money on this vacuum. On a sidenote - I wasn't too happy that Best Buy shared my email address with bObsweep. I received an email from bObsweep the day after picking up the vacuum and I had not registered the product.

Bought it as a "deal of the day" for $177. It is not worth the MSRP for any reason. Poor tracking, no software support, and the mop "feature" is just a manual pad you stick on the bottom to clean.

Seems to do a good job. Dog fur does get plugged up once in awhile. Instructions are easy to read and follow.

Cleans better than what I expected. Other reviews weren't that great, but for the price I thought we would give a try. Happy with Bob.

I assume the more expensive ones work better. It doesn’t have a pattern just wonders aimlessly around. And can never find the home base.

THE BOBSWEEP IS DOING A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE TO MOVE A FEW RUGGS BEFORE WE START HIM. IT IS GREAT TO HAVE OUR HOME CLEANED UNDER FURNITURE AND BEDS

It does a great job it does tend to get stuck from hardwood to carpet but other than that it does great

I haven't really gone beyond basic functions of bOb, but I've been very satisfied with its performance. My kids leave more crumbs than Cookie Monster after a meal so I really just wanted not to sweep everyday. The routine sweeping and light mopping have done wonders and saved a boatload of time. I feel like I'll eventually get into the advanced features, but have been content not to so far.

I love my Bob. This is my first robot vacuum. Easy to set up & use. He does get stuck every now & then but over all great product.

I’m getting used to my bObsweep. It’s kind of high-tech for me but the customer service rep couldn’t have been nicer. He answered all of my questions. My dOg is not thrilled with bOb at all. Hopefully that will change. It’s not programmed to clean at a certain time or day since I prefer to use it on my schedule. I still have to figure out why it stopped working & gave me no message as to why. It just wanted to go back to its charging station. I turned bOb off & waited several hours. It was okay after that.

Vacuums well but gets stuck on stuff a lot. Not the best in corners. Got it at a good price so still satisfied.

I got this for my wife she like it but it would always miss spots in the house so I took it back and got a romba 770 much better so far.

This is the dumbest smart vacuum ive ever seen. It takes hours too vacuum a room because it goes in circles over and over and over again. I cant even explain the movement and how it missed obvious pieces on the floor but everything else was clean. Took 2 full charges and 3 hours too vacuum a room and i had too monitor it the entire time. And i still had too pick up little pieces it missed. And if i thought i was wrong or mistaken it was confirmed at the store when someone described how it worked exactly like this. And said they returned theirs too..Sorry bob but you suck!

Holds a good amount of dirt, cleans great! Gets stuck some recommend picking up and blocking off any obstacles (chairs, cords)
