This vacuum is loud. Gets full quickly and it’s been broken twice already somehow. Once like a month after I got it and another shortly after. It gets stuck on EVERYTHING almost like it’s going for random items on the floor.

This is my second robotic vacuum and this brand does a much better job cleaning. Easy to set up, too.

Has some trouble in certain rooms navigating. Cleans well

Works great on both surfaces… gets the pet hair pretty good, too.

It vacuumed well, and I liked that it doubled as a mop, but it was too tall for getting under our cabinets and was not smart enough to auto clean. We ended up having to use the remote, which defeated the purpose. We exchanged it for a Roomba that worked much better.

If crazy is doing the same thing over and over this vacuum is crazy. Constantly going back to the area rug it gets stuck on or the cabinet it gets stuck under. It’s slightly larger than my cabinets overhang in the kitchen so it gets stuck before in senses it shouldn’t go under it. Constantly pulling it off of the area rugs in our house. We have hardwood floors with very large area rugs. Seems to miss any spot that it won’t get stuck on and goes back to the ones it will repeatedly. Very frustrating to watch and continually get unstuck. I will return this item.

Good little robot vacuum . Does a good job of cleaning and the only thing is it's a little louder that I expected.

A bit on loud side otherwise cleans great haven't learned to operate fully

Good machine, doesn’t redo k well so you have to find it and place it back on the charger.

Cleans very well. It moves the dock trying to dock.

Is NOT worth it.. worked for about 6 months and quit working. Mop portion never worked. Threw away. wasnt worth it.

Bob is a great cleaning device comparable to the roomba. It has advanced senses to detect obstacles and high carpet areas

We have two dogs that shed their hair all over our floors. Purchased Bob and after we got him set up he cleaned all our floors really well. We have hardwood and carpet. Bob handles them both easily. Love the mop attachment for the hardwood. You have to keep it wet, but it does a good job. Sometimes you need to remove any area rugs. Has great suction and picks up anything in it’s way. Bob has become part of our family!

Good but not as powerful as expected. You have to direct it at times as it doesn’t seem to know when it should turn.

This product is not good. I didn't particularly like the directions it went in. It kept going back to clean the same area over and over. I have to watch it work and move it to different areas of the room myself. It is not a good product.

It does not ever seem to navigate itself around my house with out a critical error. The area it does cover seems clean but my Roomba is able navigate without my intervention. I wish it could do better because I like the size of the reservoir. It will be going back

Did't work very well because of my furniture and kitchen cabinets are low -and bob got stuck there.

We were upgraded to a different model then we originally ordered, not sure why. The only thing I don't like is it's really loud.

We tried this for 2 weeks. Though the suction did pick up a good amount of dirt, we were not happy with the how “smart” it was and the area it covered. We have a fairly open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and family room. “Bob” could not figure out the floor plan and would get stuck in one section of the area and couldn’t figure out how to cover the entire area. I had to physically pick it up and move it to other areas for full coverage. It was also a little too tall to fit under our couch. We returned it and purchased a roomba 960 series instead.. the roomba was able to figure out how to cover the entire area and was shorter and fit under the couches... I’d suggest getting a roomba instead.

This is a nice supplement to normal vaccuming, works great.
