Average vacuum but I thought since it specifically said pet hair vacuum, that it would do a better job with the pet hair

I love my Bobsweep. I always hated to vacuum and mop but was concerned how well a robotic would perform. I didn't want to spend several hundred dollars on one. I found this one for under $200 and it had great reviews. So I took a chance and ordered it! It arrived in less than a week, it was easy to set up, easy to charge and I had it cleaning my floors and carpet the very same day!

Bob likes to run around the same spots all the time.It will not go on the rugs ,it just goes around it and gets stuck.

I got this when it was a deal off just to test it out since it’s worth 700 and got it for 200. The battery life span is as long and so drains after one while Awww around just the bottom of my townhome which doesn’t include the kitchen.

It works stop.at least helps me but it gets stuck a lot underneath our table cabinets recliner. I cannot leave it by itself cause get stuck too often. For the sale price good. Wouldn't pay regular price

Keeps floors clean. It's a little noise. Turn on with not at home

I got it for less than $200 with the sale and I am still debating if it's worth it. It has a hard time going from hardwood or tile to carpet or rugs. It picks up every tiny dirt, dust or hair that out handheld pet vacuum obviously has missed but it also manages to get stuck just about everywhere. Im not sure if from overtime use it'll learn a bit about its surroundings but right now it keeps hitting everything and keeps making u-turns so it also misses a lot of areas.

I could write a book about how this vacuum has helped. The biggest thing it did is stop the ongoing arguement about the pet hair. I have two large dogs, 2 cats, and a guinea pig. This vacuum is amazing. I only have to sweep or vacuum by hand once a month. I have no hair or smell anymore and my dogs actual name is stinky and if i dont smell him anymore you know this vacuum is a miracle worker.

I have two robot vacuums and this a new one is my favorite. It is because it has a remote. I can easily direct this robot whichever spot I want. It eventually the best alternative of my hand vacuum. The customer service is responsive and takes care of any issues.

I use this almost everyday. Vacuums up the cat hair. I should have bought one of these a long time ago!

This is a handy vacuum! It does a much better job than I thought it would, too.

Bob likes going to his home to charge much more than going around our simple layout kitchen and pick up dog hair of the hardwood floor. Bob said he wanted to be a part of our family but we had to lay the law down to him... clean or go back to where the stork brought you from... as you now may imagine... Bob is no longer part of the family. Dogs listen better so they and their fur stayed and Bob is gone.

Works good for the pet hair but struggles to pick up much more.

I mean, the huge improvement over the old hoover. Was picking up such fine particles. I don't think the uv is enough to kill micron life but I'm not entirely sure. I do know it's great, a little dumb but works great cleans for over a hour an half before it runs to the charger. This thing is a pet. You will have to empty clean and make sure it's not stuck, will eat your socks.

Hi, I have the bObsweep PetHair Plus and it works great! Customer service is also fantastic! I sent "Bob" in for a "tune-up" and it came back working better than ever and there wasn't any charge for anything! I have a low carpet and tile in the kitchen and Bob works great even on the carpet. Plus you are assigned a personal customer service representative if you have any questions, issues, etc. - and my representative couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Based on my experience, I give this product 5 Stars!!
