Specially for pet hair. Very happy and less sweeping.

Bob works as promised He helps with shedding and his mop keeps drooling spots on hardwoods under control. Also, he is quiet - unlike a vacuum cleaner - so dog doesn't bark at him!

For an entry level robot vacuum this does a very nice job

I purchased this unit on a deal of the day price. This is an older model. Works great on the hard floors and ceramic floors in our home. We have cats and this takes care of all the hair and litter! Picks up great. We have throw rugs, but I put them up when using Bob. I haven't tried the mop option yet.

I purchase one and with the first 3 month from getting it worked great buy but after the first couple all the suddun the screw or piece that the hold the brush in place was gone!! it just stink that i spent all the money and only got to wenjoy it for 3 month

Works really well at vacuuming but has difficulty with learning areas

I really wanted to like this bobsweep but: 1. gets stuck 2. noisier than my shark 3. taller than my shark so doesn't go under things 4. dumber than my shark so cleans more randomely

I purchased this unit at a great price and was excited to get it up an running. Charge up and ready to go the vacuum ran for a whopping 15 seconds before stopping. I REALLY wanted this to work for me (dog hair is everywhere) so I contacted customer support. They offered to provide me a shipping label to return the defective unit and send me a new one. Great! Got the 2nd unit, charged it up and I got 45 seconds to a minute of run time. Even while it was running I watched it pass over dog hair and other debris and leave it behind. More hair was stuck to the machine via static electricity that was in the collection bin. :-( I contacted customer support again (they're wonderful by the way) and again I have shipped back the unit for another. This will be my last try. If the next won doesn't work well enough then the "deal" won't be worth it.

Easy to set up and use. Directions are easy to understand. Works great

These actually do a good job, I was surprised at how much pet hair it picks up.

This vacuum is AWESOME!! With 5 cats, it picks up pet hair with ease!! And with my husband being allergic, the mopping attachment REALLY helps with his allergies!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this product to anyone with multiple animals!!

I am happy with my Bobsweep. It took a few times to get the house Bob ready. Moving shaggy rugs and Furniture Bob traps. It did'nt take long to learn what Bob needed to do his best work. What's best for me, is Bob frees up our hands so we can do othere things, imstead of vacuuming.

Like it very much, it does good job keeping my clean but it’s a little noisy

Returned after a week. Yes it picked up the pet hair and self empty but no rhythm or reason for the directions it went. Hair wrap on the brush caused problems. Could not find its base when it needed to empty or charge

Can’t seem to dock to charger on it’s on it keeps missing the charger

Excellent robot vacuum, use it almost about once a day. I don’t know if it’s because my house is dusty because of where I live but the floor sensors get dirty and stop the device from working. Clean them off and it works perfectly again but resets and it seems to get “lost” when it’s headed back to base.

For the money this little vacuum picks up my dogs coarse hair quite well. Shocking really. It's no Roomba, but it's also not $800 plus. Takes a while to get its plan together but runs a long time after its comfortable with its surroundings. Has a little trouble with my thick area rug, @1.5 inch height.

It works good if it is synced and programmed.. but it is a little noisy
