We purchased this because we thought wow I can’t believe how much of a bargain that sale is compared to the regular price. We got it home and we could not stop laughing (joke) we had deliberately put tiny crumbs on our dark wood floor and that thing went over it or would suck it up and kicked it out the back. I just never pick the items up it will go right over it and I’m thinking what’s the purpose. Plus I had to follow it around the house it spent almost 30 minutes and one little tiny area and I had to babysit it. I thought to myself my gosh my floorplan is pretty open and it just wants to stay going over one little area over and over. I’m thinking gee I’m gonna have to charge the thing pretty soon it hasn’t went past the hall. And I’m constantly vacuuming my house with my awesome Dyson so it’s not like it was staying in an area because it was so dirty, it just kept wanting to go up and down or circles. It would never leave that one area.

This is my worst purchase in a while. If Beat Buy had a longer return police that 15 days, this thing would definitely have gone back. I submitted fir the return but my life had unexpected things happen and missed the date. I have another couple ro at vacuums got my my office and my lake place and they were half the price and better. They suction better and are smaller. This thing is very big and bulky and quite loud compared to them.

Brushes wear out quickly due to its sensors not stopping it and getting stuck. You have to babysit Bob to constantly redirect him.

Great vacuum. Does well, but gets stuck a lot. Does what it needs too.

I have always wanted a robot vacuum because as an owner of two German Shedders, I am constantly vacuuming dog hair. When Best Buy featured this on the deal of the day, I jumped at the chance. The bobsweep picked up the hair well enough, however, it would repeat the same area several times while missing another area entirely. Also it got stuck under my kitchen cabinets as it was a bit too tall to clear them. I felt Spent too much time following it around to ensure it wasn't stuck somewhere or to move it to another area that it had missed, so I returned it.

I love my bObsweep Robotic vacuum/mop. It goes from on room to the next and picks up all the crumbs, cat hair and other debris that is tracked onto the floor. It just goes from room to room and goes easily from my hardwood floors to the area rugs and goes up and down the floor. When it goes up against walls or furniture frames or legs it turns itself around and goes in another direction by itself. It is just amazing to watch it clean my floors. I have not used the mopping feature yet but I imagine it will do as good a job as it does vacuuming.

Bought as a gift for my daughter who had a hairy dog. It does the job of light clean up, but you still need to run the regular vacuum once a week. It seems to be taller then my Roomba, so it does get stuck more often.

The suction is not that strong to vacuum the floor . Alway stuck under furnitures . Battery ran out before it can get back to the base . I returned item 1 week after purchased.

After reading online reviews, I was hopeful Bob might be useful for keeping the dog hair off our hard wood floors. Unfortunately I was wrong. Yes, I read the manual. Yes, I kept the roller clean. It does not pick up anything! It also gets stuck on the area rugs every time. I then thought okay, I will just use it in the carpeted rooms. Nope, it did not get stuck on anything but it also did not pick anything up. Very expensive mistake.

I am really impressed with the user manual. It is well written and easy to follow. I haven't had it long enough to really "play" with it much. I have already figured out that the fringe on our large area rug. We have all hard surface floors with area rugs so we will have to figure this out.

Bobsweep is easy to operate. You press auto and it goes everywhere collecting all pet hair around the house. It has some difficulty with carpets. I have hardwood floors with a couple of small carpets which I remove before I set Bobsweep loose.

Easy to get started. Not so to master remote and scheduling.

I am pleased with it. Does a nice job cleaning & is easy to operate.

Best thing for doing a daily cleaning as we have 3 dogs and 2 cats. They leave their hair every where.

This is the best thing ever. it cleans and does a great job, don't expect it to do dishes and leave it all shiny it sweeps and it is awesome. The customer support, is super awesome too

This vacuum is not for with rag or carpet. It runs less time and would not move at all in carpet. NOTE: I removed the mop before running.

Vacuumed great but gets stuck on little thing like rug and stairs.

I bought this on sale. Best purchased I made in a while. It does a great job for a battery operated vacuum. I was impressed when it did the job on a deep plush carpet. I am completely satisfied. On a full battery it runs for about 90 to 100 mins.

Very helpful and easy to control, it really do it purpose!

We must have too much furniture as bobs movements are erratic and he manages to get under the couch but cannot get out! He also doesn't dock alone. On the plus side, it does do a good job where it does go.
