Bob has been such a solid companion. It cleans well even the carpet. I've had it for 2 years and I really liked it. I had to pay $30 to ship it to get it fixed at some point but it came back as good as new. I really love it!

The best purchase I’ve ever made. It works great on my tile and carpet. I love that it sweeps, vacuums, and mops... all in one! You do need to change the brushes depending on the duty it’s doing, but it comes with everything you need.

We have three dogs in our house and have a great deal of different types of shedding fur. Two Australian Shepherds (fluffy type shedding) and a Lab (needle type shedding). We also have mostly tile and hardwood floors so the shedding fur is everywhere everyday! This thing is GREAT for dog fur and regular vacuuming too. It has a big storage box for the fur and goes through a very large area before getting full. Highly recommended for dog shedding!

Bought bobsweep pet hair because of the great discount price. But was sceptical about ability to perform as advised because we have 1 dog and 2 cat plus 3 girls with long hair not to mention the rabbit and 2 guinea pigs. But "reggie" as we named him does his daily cleaning with maximum efficiency you can tell the quality and power of vacuum because of noice but the noise is not silent but didn't expect that of tje vacuum was to do what is needed. Only.problem we found but have a work around for is the vacuum tries to go.over. a couple of floor covers and he gets beached but if we block him from going there we get. A full clean also apart from the pet hair he also picks up the sand salt tracked in from outside. Once used for a bit he finds his way home to charging station without problem. After a couple of days the dog is not disturbed by him running while he is in his cage as the bobsweep isnset to run after 8am mon -. Fri while everyone is out

This product has fundamental mechanical and electrical design flaws: 1) Mechanically it is designed in such way that it can't even go over very low profile floor mats in our kitchen and basically gets stuck at every one of them indefinitely! 2) Electrically the software and navigation is so poorly designed where it may stay in one area forever and never move to other parts of your floor, regardless of any obstacles. It is very pretty and slick design though but not practical at all.

It does the work picks up most of the pets hair and dust

I purchased this as a deal of the day. Works great on carpets. Better for smaller rooms. I like that it has a remote and a floor sanitizer.

This boy is a great help to keep my floors nice and clean. My daughter and my wife, for some unknown reason are loosing a lot of hair all over the house. It’s not nice to see your floors with hair all over. I’m happy with my helper.

Works very well. There is a power switch on the side that keeps getting flipped when the Bob sweeps around one piece of furniture, which is obnoxious but otherwise this vacuum works wonderfully.

it is very noisy and goes where she wants not where she should, repeats the same place over and over again

I’ve been using this vacuum on my hardwood floors. I have a yellow lab puppy. It does a great job cleaning up his pet hair. It has a decent size tray. I have to empty it two or three times while it’s cleaning the 3 rooms.

works well but can not get out of corner and can not find its way back to the charging dock.. always seems to be lost in the hallway. I always have to carry it back to the dock to charge. needs improvement..

It's collecting dust as we speak..I certainly don't remember paying the $669 listed price that it is today. I got it due to having just a lot of hair in the house with us females. It has broken brissels. It is always stuck somewhere under the cabinets, diswasher, tables, couches, it should really be lowered. It's just a waste for my house. Can I return it and get another after all this time? I need to look at my warranty.

I regret this purchase. Bob gets stuck on EVERYTHING. Also, if you don't leave the lights on in every room in the house, Bob will find a dark area to waste his battery in a panic-induced breakdance (apparently he thinks he's falling). When I first got Bob he was kind of ok, but I swear he's gotten dumber and dumber every day. I cannot run Bob without actively supervising him and saving him from constantly getting stuck (usually "stuck" against a wall with nothing preventing his egress save from bad programming). It's gotten to the point where my wife and I celebrate if we find him docked at his charger when we come home from work (it's happened twice).

Like it... it's been working well, and I really like that it can mop as well as vacuum, because that's been a great feature in our home, which has a lot of ceramic tile. Glad we picked this one!

We bought a bobsweep for home and loved it so much we bought one for our office. We lock the door for lunch and bob vacuums while the everyone's out. He returns to his docking station and we didn't spend time vacuuming!
